Good customer service!
I bought a complete fairing set for my Honda CBR600RR. When I unpacked them I noticed there where little spots all over them.
I sent an email to their customer service and they replied the next day. They helped me find a solution and now the fairings are fixed.
I would definitely recommend their shop/website for motorcycle parts!

Incompatible Chinese parts....
They sell lots of (Chinese) stuff that is especially intended for some particular motorcycle. Don't trust that. They haven't confirmed the compatibility of those parts. So be sure you have low shipping costs to send the parts back. In my case I loose 23€ every time I return some incompatible part.
They can also claim the part is compatible (And that's why I give them One Star Only) even if the mechanic have told it isn't.

H4 LED bulb is compatible but the H7 isn't. I had to make adapter ring, solder wires direct to the bulb, make contact strips to the wires, cut the seeling rubber of the bike and reseal it with a silicon sealant. IS THAT COMPATIBLE FOR YOU?????
And maybe you can use the riser kit but it will be a tough job.

We are sorry to hear that you encountered issues with some parts you ordered with us.
Regarding the handlebar riser kit for T-Max, it's a specific part for the T-Max, but your mechanic refused to install it and unfortunately that's not our fault. We know that this part fits the TMAX 500 / 530 / 560 2008 - 2021 since we have many other customs who ordered it.
Regarding the issue with the LED bulbs, those you ordered and received are compatible with your bike, as specified by email by our customer service.
You haven't returned the bulbs back to us for a refund. And about the return of the T-Max handlebar riser kit, you changed your mind about installing the item onto your scooter.

very good experience with the store, bought a set of plastics for cbr 1000 rr sc 59. The set fits like the original. The water cooler as well. If there are problems, they are solved as quickly as possible. I have good experience myself

Just someone who take your money for faulty products
Just a shi**y company, I bought a complete motorcycle fairing kit from them,it came in a bad condition with paint defects and poorly made. The plastics didn't fit the motorcycle properly, lots of space between. I sent the fairings back, at my own cost of course, and they still charged me 100 euros from what I have paid because of their work they said, because they have checked the fairing before shipping, and I had to pay that. The fairing were 100% not checked, because they were simply cheap garbage. If they will send that garbage to 6 people, and those people will send them back, they will still earn 100 euros from each. That's business. So my advice, do not buy this garbage. And I know they will probably answer to this email, saying they contacted me, and so on, they did, only to say that I will be charged 100 euros, no matter what.

Diese Kosten, die Ihnen abgezogen wurden, erklären sich ganz einfach durch den Preis des Versands unsererseits von etwa 60€ sowie doppelter Kontrolle vor Versand und bei Erhalt, was insgesamt etwa 1h30 Zeit eines Mitarbeiters beansprucht.
Da der Fall eines Rückversandes nur ganz selten bei uns vorkommt, da 99% unserer Kunden mit unseren Waren zufrieden sind, ist es sicherlich nicht als Geschäftskonzept gedacht. Dies lässt sich selbstverständlich durch die Anzahl positiver Bewertung im Verhältnis zu Ihrer Bewertung problemlos erkennen.

First class company!!!
This online company is now my 'go to' place for all my Kawasaki Z1000 'extras'. I purchased smoke front indicators units and they sent the wrong LED bulbs. Not only did they apologise, they swiftly sent the correct bulbs plus some other extras! They didn't even want me to return the original bulbs! Communication was first class. The customer service was very special. They are a fantastic company, and even although they are based in France, delivery to me, in Scotland was rapid! Thanks guys. Much appreciated!

It has been pure joy to do business with this company, fast shipping, quality products and a company that thrives on it customers being happy and content. All items was received well packaged and with all accessories included, the only minor gripe was that the gear lever ordered for a friend was a little scratched up, but luckily this was the inside which faces the motorcycle so no big deal.
All in all a really great experience doing business with them and they will come recommended to all I know who needs parts for their bike
