Ho effettuato un ordine che anziche' essere stato spedito a Pisa, e' stato spedito a un centro servizi di Milano. No rimborso e no aiuto da parte del customer service. MALISSIMO come Estee Lauder del resto... state alla larga, comrpate su amazon
Non valuto i prodotti, visto che non sono mai arrivati, ma il servizio clienti che definisco IMBARAZZANTE!
Pagamento tramite PayPal di un ordine di circa 140 euro, ordine mai arrivato a buon fine. Chiedo il rimborso, visto che i soldi se li sono presi, ma nessuno risponde alle email e alla contestazione aperta su PayPal, dopo oltre un mese ancora nessuna risposta. Via chat il supporto clienti è da 0 stelle, via email mai risposto, via telefono da 0 stelle; totalmente incompetenti!!!
Devo attendere ancora altri 30 giorni a seguito della contestazione aperta su PayPal e convertita in reclamo, a cui Aveda non ha mai risposto!
Se non verrò rimborsato, passerò obbligatoriamente alle vie legali. State alla larga da questo venditore!
