I submitted a not favorable review after payment for Insurance for this year that had increased from a previous year of full coverage. A representative from Avemco called the next day and also received an e-mail with regard to my review. I called the requested number and spoke with the same representative and received a full explanation (the hull value coverage was 20K higher than previously & no longer fleet coverage)

I liked the fast reply
I liked the fast reply. Honest answers to the real world questions that I asked. My agent was Lucas and he was great. From start to finish we were done in ten minutes. It was so fast I even decided to get a quote for a second plane I own that I have been considering insuring. Which only took about another 5 minutes. I am a first time customer to Avemco and I am very happy so far. Thanks Lucas for the great customer service and getting me started with Avemco.
