Con, fake, poor quality nothing like the image in the online shop. No ease to return, I don't believe there is a store in London.

Shoes not as photos. Asked for refund, turns out it's a front for a China importer...they are refusing refund unless I pay to send back to China! AVOID

Ordered a paid of boots, turned out to be fake, and incorrect size too, contacted them several times for a refund, no response. Scumbags! IF anyone knows how to ban them or to take legal action, please lets all get together and do it.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM AVOID. These robbers are scammers. Products are fake and poorly made.

Absolutely disgusting service. Not leather boots. Poorly made cheep denims zip not working and not even a button hole punched.

SCAM DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought several items from their website.Clearly a counterfeit website only received part of my order contacted seller regarding order suprise suprise NO REPLY. The quality of products really poor bought leather shoes no box and the chemical smell that came from the packet was overpowering .Website said LONDON. No coming from CHINA this is a SCAM website stay well away from these scammers.

As with all the other reviews. I’ve been conned. The pictures on the website are not the products you are buying. Please don’t buy anything from this company. Shocking communication. You won’t get your money back. It’s all extremely cheap stuff from china. Very annoyed with myself that I got conned by all the marketing.

Bought boots which were advertised as leather. They are clearly not. Shocking product. Cannot get refund. Avoid.

Purchased a pair of boots before Christmas, they arrived with no box and were of very poor quality, the chemical smell emanating from the bag they were delivered clearly suggests there is more leather in a vegan friendly handbag than the boots.
Contacted them for a refund, had a reply offering me a new pair and then nothing since despite sending several emails

I received a product which, despite stating it was leather.... isn't! The product is a cheap copy and a poor-quality shoe.

I contacted the company to return the product and get a refund.

No reply!

products not what are advertised, very poor quality wish I had of found the reviews before I purchased, My own fault for not doing proper research, Requesting a refund and reporting to trading standards.

Do not buy from these. 14 day money back returns policy is a scam. Everything is shipped from China, so the chances of sending anything back to make it worth it are zero. The products look nothing like what the photos show.
Avoid at all costs. The fact is says London in the title meaning nothing.
