Have 850 credit got hit with 11.49%
Have 850 credit, 20% DTI, 52% LTV on home, was told i could qualify for $400k @ 5.99% and get an offer for $222, @ 11.49%. Like literal scam. I'd get a better offer at a pawn shop.

I researched several lenders to use. AVEN came out on top. I don't take borrowing money lightly. The process was top notch and easy.
