They stole my money and never received my package as it says it was delivered 2 hours away from me. I can't get ahold of anyone and multiple attempts on email. Do not buy from them they are a scam
So far it dioes not look good. Waiting 5 days and the item has not been despatched yet.

This is a follow-up. After requesting a refund before the item shipped, the company has indicated that they shipped the item and it was delivered.
I have a RING Doorbell and was home when it is said the item was delivered. No delivery was made.
I am reporting this to the authorities as fraud and will be pursuing a refund through my bank.
Strongly recommend that this organisation is NOT used.
We the ordered the Christmas lights.we get the ordered late. Other thing they show the lights in add is different and send the order different. They charged full price of lights like $ 45 but they send the lights maximum $15 value. Also they not exchange and no refund even you send the parcel next day. Stuff they send very cheap quality. We are recommended please do not order this sight. This is not a reliable stuff and service.
Ordered some christmas lights on 29th November 2025. Checked tracking on 10th December to find they hadn't yet been shipped. Tried to cancel, but they claimed they had been shipped.
Finally received parcel on 20th December, but it was the wrong item. Asked for return postage label, but they offered a partial refund (not specified), keep the wrong item (useless to me) and they would ship the correct one. With previous experience, I did not believe they would arrive before christmas, so asked for full refund.
The person in customer support said they messed up the order processing then claimed they were very ill; had two children to support and would be penalised by the company. Later, they blamed it on the warehouse screwing up. So which is it?
Finally offered a 50% refund for an order which they didn't fulfill. It's not the money (£31), it's the attitude, lies and unreasonable behavior. AVOID.
