This bike made all the difference in our daily rides pulling our dogs in a trolley. Highly recommend, easy assembly as long as you follow the video instructions and worth the money.

The bike arrived too promptly, and staff were unable to tell me when it would arrive. Consequently, I wasn't able to meet the delivery person and had to have it dropped off somewhere else. Also, the bike came in the wrong color. When the website said was not even available in that color when I ordered it. Also The bike needed its derailer adjusted at a bike shop, as it did not work properly when delivered.

Website was confusing so I called support. I didn’t wait long and they put together an invoice of the parts needed to get me going again. Then the parts showed up four days later. Outstanding support.

I have had problems with every component since getting NY aventon aventure 3 from landrys bikes in Westboro ma. It has been in the shop over 2 weeks and I had to get replacement parts for them because they didn't listen or read the troubleshooting guides that said acu from the get go after replacing the controller? The error codes had nothing to do with this. I'm losing my job and my mind not having my primary means of transportation.
I think Aventon should do something significant for the problems with the bike.

This is my first purchase of an Aventon bike and I am very impressed! The purchasing process was smooth, notifications were provided throughout, and my Current ADV arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the excellent packaging.
This bike is incredible! It has all the power I could ever want, and thanks to the sophisticated settings the power is delivered in a way that makes the bike very enjoyable and intuitive to ride. I've put around 100 miles on it so far and I'm so glad I chose this bike!

Solid product, easy to assemble ( video very helpful), components are top notch. This is my 2nd purchase of an Aventon ebike ( Pace and Aventure). I did a lot of research on ebikes and fortunately came to the conclusion that Aventon was the best quality for the $$. Highly recommend.

In theory it’s a good bike—strong power and useful features. But I ran into repeated issues within the first year. Customer support was responsive and sent replacement parts, but without a nearby Aventon dealer I had to pay for repairs upfront and wait 6–8 weeks for reimbursement by check. Each time, the bike was unusable for about a week. Support eventually replaced it, but the process took time and disrupted daily use for two weeks.

I placed a phone call to Aventon and left my number. I was called back within 10 minutes and the gentleman who called already knew who I was and what bike I owned. He made it very easy to order new batteries and those arrived within a week. I was really happy with the service!!

I love my bike. This is the second Adventure bike in our house. Easy to set up/assemble. I ride it everywhere. Getting ready for summer trails. Thank you Aventon. I would give 10 stars if I could.(P.S. I absolutely love the chair, lol. I have one I assembled 2 years ago and still use, and now I have 2.)

The ordering process was easy and efficient. Shipping was timely. The product was packaged very well. Assembly was pretty straightforward - no need to contact customer service, however, I have built-up many bikes over the years so I had good knowledge of the assembly.
Overall very impressed with Aventon.

Your products and service are very good. I just wish batteries were cheaper

The costumer service was top notch. they helped me find all the replacement parts i needed. In a timely manner and they were rather friendly while doing so. But the store pages weren't as clear as they could be and when i wanted to add a another thing to my shopping cart i couldn't find a easy way of doing so. Overall the experience is good and i love my gen 1 step through level. I've been using it since the end of 2020 and it's bin an excellent commuter E-bicycle with well over 7000 miles on it.

Ordered an Aventure 3 on a Tuesday and by Friday it was on my door step already. The bike was easy to assemble and it has been a pleasure to ride. It has really good power and it's comfortable to ride.

The online purchase was easy and we absolutely love the adventure 3 bikes.
