We love our Solteras

We have ridden and loved our Soltera ebikes for four years and they are still terrific. Even the batteries still charge up like new.

Quick and appropriate response

After receiving the bike we had an issue with the kickstand. The support person understood the issue and immediately sent a new kickstand which resolved the problem. The replacement arrived very

As always great customer service. If you want an E Bike this is the only company you should chose. Top notch quality and customer service. I tell everyone in Babcock Ranch about them who ask about E Bikes.

adventure 3

Put my adventure 3 together . And the rear disk break was rubbing. The front was also rubbing and makes a loud noise when breaking. Also I have gotten a few error codes , not super impressed….

Excellent Customer Support

I placed an order with the incorrect address. I called Aventon to cancel the order. I did not have to wait at all.

I like the bike but, a few suggestions on video

I like to make these surveys work. I recieved the bike, well packed. I should of watched the unpacking video to make it a little easier. The only thing I noted was a few minor items in the video that would of made it a bit easier to assemble.
I would like something to tell me the handle bar alignment (I installed it backwards twice). The brake plug things took me a good 45 minutes to get right. Maybe clearer info on video location (youtube would be nice, easier to stop rewind and start again). Maybe let a non bike owner assemble it and you watch them stumble and then tweak the video.
Lastly I have a rub sound I need to locate on he rear tire area. And somehow fix a scratch I did to back rack when taking it out of the box.

Shitty bikes

Shitty bikes that die right after warranty ends.
Bad support. As they constantly release "new" models, there is no way to get parts for bikes a few years old.

Kickstand replacement parts

Replacement kickstand arrived with one of two mounting bolts missing. Aventon customer support immediately shipped another unit within 72 hours.

I’ve owned three Aventon bikes over the…

I’ve owned three Aventon bikes over the years, and even though my current main bike is not an Aventon, I still have a lot of respect for the brand.

Aventon’s support and customer service have been excellent in my experience. Recently, I needed to replace the display on my Aventon Aventure V1 due to damage. An online representative initially told me they didn’t have any displays left in stock, which was frustrating because it meant I had a bike I couldn’t use.

After I submitted a support request, Aventon emailed me the very next day, let me know they had tracked down a display, and shipped it to me with expedited shipping.

I’m very grateful for how quickly they handled it. Aventon stood behind their product, and I’ll continue recommending them to others.
