I was recommended Avenue heating indirectly by another plumber. They installed a new boiler for us. Winston has been very efficient and helpful. He returned my call very quickly. An onsite assessment was organised the same day afternoon and a quote was given to us in the evening with all possible costs laid out so there were no hidden charges. They advised on changing only what was needed. Ellis, the gas engineer on site did a very professional job. The pipe work is neat. He had so many tools with him but still managed to work very carefully in our house. There was no mess behind. He was very patient and took time to explain and answer the questions we had. Our house is now warm again. Will highly recommend their services. Thanks to the Team.

Avenue heating got the job done efficiently and speedily. We had several little niggling things when we moved into a new (to us) home and now they are mostly all sorted out. We know they still have to come back for a couple more bits and pieces and over the summer we plan to have other work done to replace the aged boiler. It is such a relief to have found a reliable plumbing company. I particularly like the way the engineer explained things in non-technical language without making me feel ignorant.

Avenue Heating help me look after a few different properties, including my own, and I couldn't manage without them. They squeezed us in so quickly when the old boiler was failing and my mother in law was just out of hospital and needing to stay warm.

Winston was very professional, punctual knows what he does and rate him highly for any boiler repair or service. Genuine company to work with and a job given and attended the premises within an hour.

The flush on my toilet needed fixing. AH were excellent. Their customer service was brilliant and their work was highly professional. They turned up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the flushing mechanism efficiently and cleanly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them

After two weeks of waiting for calls to be returned; of calling reception and being promised repeatedly an engineer would call back 'immediately' for a quote (never did) ; after trying desperately to get a quote and then sheduling appointments; he didn't even turn up (twice) Don't waste your time on this company!

Steve was great - polite, helpful and efficient. AH is the only firm we've found which has a proper understanding of underfloor heating and its controls, and they are nearby.

Highly recommend easy to book in an appointment young man that turned up was early very polite , Explained what he was doing and why and cleared up once he has finished 100% recommended 👍
