It was the worst I ever had. No response whatsoever. Only contact is email. Take them 3 months to return my numerous emails and questions. The product is from China. Cheap imitation of the picture. Cheap material. Cheap cheap cheap. Fake fake fake buy at your own risk.

I ordered over $400 in Sept. 2022 and it is now nearly March 2023 and still have not received my "Ready to ship" order. I have emailed, messaged on Instagram and zero help. I had purchased their sleepwear from Saks and really liked it but they are acting like a scam business when ordering direct from their website. No phone number, no help. I will NEVER order from them again.

I waited patiently for a an exclusive set of snake designed copper colored short pajamas and I am in total love with the fit, feel and fabric. I am obsessed with this brand. Worth the wait!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! This company is stealing from customers and is a scam. I ordered a dress for a wedding which took 6 weeks to arrive. It did not fit so I returned. After that nothing has happened. Zero customer service and you will never get your money back. I reported fraud with my credit card company.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order for my mother-in-law's birthday. The item I purchased was supposed to ship immediately and now it is two weeks later. No big deal, delays happen right? Except Customer Service is completely ghosting me. I've tried to reach them by phone (via a number I found online with a 540 area code) but it's always busy, and I've also sent messages via their website, email, Instagram and Facebook with no response. I was so excited to buy these pajamas for her and now I just want my money back.

Been waiting for a swim suit to ship. Placed order July 28th. To date, no suit. No response to email. Read all the complaints. No joke.

This is the absolute worst service ever. I bought my mother pajamas for Christmas and she asked to exchange it for another item. That same day, only 12 days after purchase, I attempted the exchange but the exchange portion of the site would not allow me to proceed because it said I was not within the 14 day timeline when exchanges are possible... except I was. So then I wrote to them, that same day, assuming there was some malfunction. I got an automated response that someone would get back to me but nobody ever did. I've tried to write them numerous times since I no response. These overpriced pajamas are now sitting in my house with no use and my mother is without a Christmas present. If I could give them a zero star, I would.

Not only have I not received the item I ordered, I have not received a refund as I have requested many, many times over these months. They are basically stealing money from consumers and putting them off with excuse after excuse of why the item has not even shipped - months after the order was placed - stalling until statutes of limitation are up (180 days for PayPal protection, in my case) and then POOF - they ghosted me as of November 26, 2022. All I want is my money back!

I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Do NOT waste your money. I bought a dress after seeing an instagram ad on September 30, 2022 to wear at my birthday on Nov 12, 2022. I reached out and got no response multiple times - it finally arrived on February 4, 2023 (over 4 months later) and the quality is so cheap - SUCH a disappointment!!!!!!!!

A literal scam. Don’t spend hundred just to wait months to receive only parts of your order—and they are absolutely terrible quality, might as well have bought from wish. Also if you try to ask questions or leave reviews or even comment on their Instagram that’s impossible. You either literally cannot or they will never respond

Wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering a swimsuit. I ordered, got the item. Needed a larger size. Sent it back after speaking to customer service. Now: crickets. For MONTHS. Not a single word. No new swimsuit. You can’t even leave reviews on their website after you order. I’m left to believe that all of their “reviews” are fake. RUN RUN RUN. Do not order anything from them.

I ordered from Averie last September, and unfortunately, it was not the best experience. The company is currently going through some struggles and, it definitely showed in my interactions with them.

My order was delayed multiple times, and I had trouble getting clear information about when it would be delivered. When I did finally receive my order, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the color of the prints of the pjs, the products were better than expected. I will say that the customer service team is not very responsive but they tried their best to help me with my issues. They apologized for the delays and offered me a discount on my next purchase.

Overall, I would recommend this company with caution. Their products have potential, but the current struggles they are facing have definitely impacted my experience as a customer. I wish them the best in overcoming these challenges and hope to have a better experience in the future.

Ordered a robe for my daughter 's birthday in October. Have not yet received it. Inquiries go unanswered. It is an absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I have emailed them countless times about not receiving my product that was purchased in OCTOBER! I have never experienced such a lack of caring for a customer before. I am stupefied.

$100 for a POS dress that doesn't even fit? This scam company MUST only make money on double charging you for shipping. I can't imagine they make anything of quality.

I purchased a dress in my normal size (Large) and this thing comes with a cup size of A-B.... what am I supposed to do with that?

Also- it took over 6 months to receive.

Total Scam. It's just fashion nova type dresses sold for more money and takes 5 months to get. I ordered a velvet off the shoulder midi that wasn't velvet at all just cheap polyester t-shirt material. It looks embarrassingly cheap. One of my dresses also has MADE IN PRC hidden on one of the tags. That's fancy for made in china...which is not what they advertise online. The clothes are cheap, not sustainable and this company is FAR from ethical.

Total scam company! Ordered a dress in August for a wedding, was supposed to arrive in late September. Still no communication from them by October/November.. when I reached out, was told there was a delay and when the new date they gave me came and went I heard nothing yet again. Then just this week (January) got an email that my order was shipped with a fake USPS shipping number, and today an Email that my package was delivered with nothing on my doorstep

This whole experience has been so frustrating and stressful. Customer service (Noll) was initially great to work with. I followed his detailed instructions to return 3 out of 5 swimsuits. That was over two months ago. I have not received a refund or any communication about my return. I've sent multiple emails with no response and there is no phone number available to call. Now I'm out over $300 and 3 swimsuits. I feel helpless at this point. I really wanted this to be a good experience & review.

Ordered in May, received in December with multiple unanswered emails asking where my item was. The dress was almost $100 and was so cheaply made, looks nothing like the picture. I had to cancel the charge with my credit card company because when I went to do a refund request, their site said I was out of the return period which I was not because I was still in the 14 day return period. Scam company!

Poor quality product, no answer from the customer service.
