Excellent service

An offer of excellent wines at an exceptional price. Easily ordered over the internet. Delivery promised for three days later but arrived within two. Excellent service. Thank you.

Mostly the wines were good

Mostly the wines were good. The one exception was the Australian Dark Durif.
This was truly dreadful.

SLAPDASH & TOTALLY FLAWED YODEL DELIVERY

The delivery was totally flawed.
The box was left outside our house on the path. We had arranged to be in all day. We were both in and reading, no radio or TV on. We have no idea when it was left outside our front door porch. It was discovered about 1730. Instructions were clear, PLEASE KNOCK if no answer leave in porch. Knocking required opening the porch door to use the large brass front door knocker.
It’s obvious none of the guiding instructions were followed. I have complained to the company and am considering cancelling our account.
