Why can’t all companies be as helpful as Aves Marine and Onwa.
During the 2 1/2 year ownership of my KP708 they have helped with showing me how to transfer WPs and Routes from Navionics to the plotter which has proved invaluable.
Additionally an out of warranty repair was performed by Alan of AVES not only free of charge, but within 4 days!!
Highly recommended!

I bought a KP39 from Aves Marine to fit in my bunk on a 55ft trawler several years ago , Alan supplied a longer than usual heavier coax extension for the aerial, with this it still receives full satellite signal , recently it required an update which Alan did free of charge and returned the unit promptly .
Thanks Alan , fantastic peace of mind anchored in a January gale here on the West Coast .

Bought a KP39 3 years ago and received excellent back up on the operation at the time. It recently developed a fault, contacted Alan who quickly sorted it at no charge. Excellent product and service.

Locally I NL bought A KP-39, after 2 year the Warning screen remained on. Local supper could not help. ONWA Taiwan advised to contact Avesmarine UK.
I obtained great support from Alan with detailed instructions how to replace the internal SD card (what the troublemaker) and a K2-EUD chart. Great service now is the KP-39 operating again thanks to Alan Vick.

Our company in Lagos, Nigeria had recently bought an ONWA GPS plotter/fish finder and we had some technical challenges that needed the suppliers support. All nigerian lines were not picking so on the off chance i phoned Avesmarine.

Even though They were not the original supplier, Alan Vick could not have been more helpful. I am always proud to be british and Nigerian staff with me on the call couldn't believe that someone, with no immediate benefit to themselves, would go out of his way to help us. Alan spent a considerable amount of time sending me email to guide me through the K-chart download process. These were required to help with navigation for homeward voyage from Mexico to NZ. Alan provided links to download the charts, with recommendations as to which would be the best choice. My unit was not purchased from Aves Marine and Alan’s assistance was given free charge. This demonstrates a very high level of professionalism and commitment to the products he markets. An excellent service!

I purchased an ONWA KP39 A with built in AIS off Alan, excellent value for money and top service. I had a few questions about setting up and Alan came back to me promptly, good old fashioned service and a top man. would definitely purchase from him again.

First class service, Its hard to find the words to express how impressed I was. Alans instructions for his product were so clear and prepared in the clearest detail that left no room for error. .The delivery seemed to be on my doorstep 5 mins after ordering it .WOW what a service..

I was looking primarily for AIS then came across the Onwa KP39A. It looked perfect as it would provide a back up plotter as well as the AIS I wanted. I exchanged messages with Alan who explained perfectly what the equipment could do and was capable of. I decided to go ahead and purchase and Alan entered all details in for me before the system arrived. Great communication throughout, great service and decent piece of kit at a reasonable price. It's now my main plotter and my Lowrance is back up.
