Hopeless.
When ordering I provided explicit instructions, details about how to get to the place, map snippets where bags located and instructions how to drive there. In addition to that pictures of bags were added to give an idea of what kind of equipment will be needed because of weight and need lifting over trees.
1st attempt: driver had no idea about this info and showed up with wrong equipment, wrong location.
Complained to customer service: got a promise that next day it will be all good.
2nd attempt: driver again had no idea about all of the details. However, called before coming thus, I was able to send over all previous information via sms directly.
The driver shows up at a wrong place, with a van and himself alone. 2 bags, almost 1.5tone each, to lift everything over the trees... Really??? What's the purpose of all of those details provided by ordering, and multiple sessions with customer service???
Now the bags after 5 days in rain gonna weight what? 2-3 tones each???

We would like to apologize very much for the poor service you received. That was not our intention to deliver such bad service but unfortunately we have had some issues with new systems and new drivers that have not gone so smoothly.

I was charged full price for no service
I was charged full price but there was no pick up, as they said bag was overfilled. I tried to find a solution with Customer Service but they were helpless. They would not budge from their position or try to find any solution, as they already had my money.
