Love my new Grado GW 100.
Presume they are the most current version “v2”, although it does not specify on the box or in the paperwork. Would have been even more perfect if carrying case included. Now tasked with trying to find a case.

My son ordered a goal horn to use for the nhl playoffs and he had shopped everywhere and couldn’t find it. Your company was the only one that had a couple of left. My son phoned and spoke to someone who was very friendly and helpful. We ordered online and used the Canada post option, which was a bit costly but we received the product much sooner than expected and my son was very happy so thank you!

Item arrived in great shape in reasonable time but turned out to be wrong colour, quick email, boxed up and brought wrong item to PO and new item arrived a few days later. Again item was in great shape as described. Their picing allowed me to upgrade my model I purchased. Very happy about that. WBFA! TY AVGEAR

I just received my second online order from AV Gear...i was quite impressed by the efficiency that the first order was processed...packaged and shipped at no extra cost.
Looking to purchase the latest Fiio DAP the X5 III...I checked out Amazon and a electronics shop in the Ottawa area..only to not find any listings. So I went over to the AV Gear Shop website...not only did they have the item in stock...but it was featured on Sale!...at a discount of $100.!
Ordered online Monday...it was delivered on Wednesday...again great service!

Placed an order of earphones, that they have failed to deliver, they somehow managed to wrtie my address wrong as well.

Now that i want a refund, they will not answer any of my emails or phone calls, and now i have to wait for an Amazon A-Z to clear in like 3 weeks to get my money back. Also the company has blocked me from reviewing on their Amazon site (funny lol) and now im forced to label their charges as fraud on my credit card.

Horrible company, with horrible customer service, definitely would not recommend if you have a choice of something else. Im sure the product would of come defected anyways

Edit - Called them again, girl on the phone hung up on me after i told her i wanted a refund/speak to her manager 10/10 service.

i like how you responded to email right after i wrote this but for the past week you could not care less. Congrats yes you are right you did ship it quickly but the fact that you failed to write the address properly + refused to communicate until i wrote a bad review shows me your service is garbage.

Also look at your response its full of lies, and only tries to protect your pathetic reputation instead of fixing the problem, i should of known from the moment you and Canada Post was telling me different things that your service is utter garbage. Not once have you tried to remedy this problem, only defend your selves with lies.

OLD ADDRESS? ARE YOU KIDDING? You forgot to write my apartment number on it, i had to call Canada Post and change it, and when i emailed you all you said was that it was written properly.

And refusing to pick up the package? I told you guys from the shipping date i will be moving out of the city and told you to cancel the shipping if it didnt ship by a certain time, which you did not do either. I did not refuse to do anything you failed to communicate properly, my bank will be dealing with the refund from now on.

Respond to all inquiries as soon as possible? Professional? Professional customer service never give execuses instead try to fix the problem which you failed to do for weeks.

I honestly laugh that your response wsa that its all my fault and none of yours. Right because i am the person who did not write my apartment number, and ignored my emails for 8 days until i wrote a negative review. LOL you are honestly pathetic beyond belief.

Ordered online and managed to use an older shipping address in Paypal for a couple of Pioneer speakers. Called and had my problem fixed right up! Ended up buying a centre speaker too, as they had it in stock and at a very decent price.

Great experience, super fast shipping, great job packing the items in with little wasted space yet ample protection... will definitely be buying from this company again.

Paid for an advertised new subwoofer and received open box sub with bottom of box flaps folded in and not taped. No response to email asking why.

I just bought a Marantz PM8005 amp with AVGear and am very happy with my experience. I emailed AVGear with product questions that required checking with the manufacturer, and they got back to me with a very helpful answer. They shipped the product fast so I received it before the target date. It was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition.

I purchased a Yamaha MCR B043 Mini Music System in classic black. My only regret is: why did I wait so long?? The sound is amazing, clean and crisp with great mid range and just enough bass. Its very user friendly. I love all the multi functions. Much more for your money than a Bose. It looks awesome. Don't hesitate. You wont regret. Besides, you get excellent and super fast service from AvGear. Why shop anywhere else? At such a great price. Thanks AvGear!

I received the product in a timely matter. When received it was ready to go, just take it out of the box and put it on my desk. The sit to stand desk works great!! Easy to adjust from sit to stand and visa versa. Love the amount of space, plenty of room for my papers, etc once my monitor was in place. Looking forward to being able to stand throughout my work day and go home after work without a sore back from sitting all day.

Thanks to Anthony at AV GEAR for his quick response to a inventory error in regards to purchasing a Marantz CD5005 (refurb.) which was actually not in stock , so he gave me an option to upgrade to the awesome CD6005 for only $100 more from my original purchase ! Unit arrived today in perfect order looks and sounds great setup to my Marantz PM6005 !

I rarely say this, but what a pleasure it was to deal with AV Gear. I sent an email in a Sunday evening and received a response immediately. George was extremely helpful and polite.
