Horrible experience. Was charged to make withdrawal. Very confusing wording. Unable to get a refund for unauthorized payments. Customer service is impossible to get to and not at all helpful once you do get to email someone
IT’S A TOTAL SCAM !
Just read and take heed of all the other negative reviews.
I only deposited £5 before I researched this company. Lesson learned…..🤬
This company is a fraud in every single respect. #dobetteraviagames. Your technology is built on stolen technology and you lost in a court of law. You claim you don’t use bots, but say sometimes you do, historical play for filling tournaments and keeping the winnings. I tried to be reasonable when I learned all of your wrongdoings and the current class action lawsuit that is ongoing in which the court through out your terms of service. What a shame, #dobetteraviagames

Update # 2: i have yet to hear back from the selfish and cash-hungry thieves in this company. This proves that they only care about their reputation, not about fixing the issues in their company to scam their clients.
Update: I’m not providing that on a public forum. Also, I’ve already provided that through your support and you claimed it was against your policy to give refunds. This is why I am now taking legal action.
I downloaded Solitaire Clash thinking it was a fair skill-based game, but my experience has been the complete opposite and there a millions others who feel the same. Theres a reason why this company doesn’t allow you to interact with or know who the other players are.
Here’s what I’ve seen:
Unrealistic Advertising: They make it sound like you can easily win money with a little skill. In reality, once you deposit, the matchups suddenly become much harder, and it feels like you’re constantly up against impossible opponents because it’s clearly rigged.
Algorithm Manipulation: Early on, I’d get easy wins to build confidence. Once I added more funds, the “random” card deals suddenly became far worse than probability suggests, making it nearly impossible to win.
Withdrawal Obstacles: Even when you win, getting your money out is a nightmare. There are hidden fees, minimum cash-out limits, and unexplained delays. Some winnings mysteriously “disappear” due to “entry fees” or “pending matches” that never seem to resolve.
Pay-to-Play Trap: You can’t really enjoy the game without constantly paying. Free matches are extremely limited, and the app heavily pushes you to make more deposits.
Psychological Manipulation: The game uses flashy animations, streak bonuses, and “almost won” match results to keep you depositing more money in hopes of a big payout that rarely comes.
Theres plenty of evidence everywhere proving Solitaire Clash is not a legitimate competitive gaming platform. It feels more like a gambling trap disguised as a casual mobile game. My advice: Don’t spend a dime. It’s a scam!!!!!
Update: This app is not what it seems. I have spoken to several attorneys VERY familiar with this case. According to a class action lawsuit filed on November 17, 2023 in the Northern District of California, players were misled into thinking they were competing against real people—but in fact, games are filled with bots designed to manipulate outcomes. The complaint alleges that this turns supposed “skill-based” matches into rigged games of chance. The lawsuit alleges that AviaGames, along with its co-founders Vickie Yanjuan Chen and Ping Wang, and investors like ACME, LLC and Galaxy Digital Capital Management, are complicit—accused under U.S. racketeering laws of orchestrating an illegal gambling operation by using bots to siphon player funds.
Nearly all positive App Store reviews are either paid or incentivized content. Don’t be fooled by five-star reviews. Check out Trustpilot instead, where the overwhelmingly negative feedback paints a much darker picture. Users here describe the same rigged patterns: unbeatable matchups after deposits, impossible withdrawals, and replay push notifications that feel straight-up manipulative.
This isn’t a fun, skill-based game—it’s a money-making machine wearing the facade of a game. The class action lawsuit only adds fuel to the fire, exposing the scheme for what it is. Do yourself a favor: save your time and money and steer clear of this app at all costs.

If you play this game notice anytime that you finish in first any place actually there’s always players waiting to finish the game finishing behind you in a time game. Remind you no matter what you do or how much you score you will end up dead last these guys have bots they go in after you play and move you down so you don’t win someone should investigate and sue the company and have a class act lawsuit Against this company for all the money they’ve stolen from their innocent clients with a shameful company

I downloaded the app and started to play. After a number of games, I was shown that I had just over £13 to my credit. So I went onto another game using £5 from my winnings, supposedly to win £12. I did win the game, but discovered no extra money in my box but £5 had been taken from my bank account. I had set up the payment via PayPal but they have said they cannot refund my money. I have deleted the app and now want my money back.

SCAM 🚩🤡🐷
There are tons of accounts with female names and male photos, or male names with female photos. Is your hypocritical system flawed? I confirm, no matter what score you get, the two remaining players who are still waiting will immediately overtake you with astronomical results. When you report this issue to customer support, they try to force you to accept their arguments and gaslight you for being unserious. So, when you manage to win something, run away before you lose. Pay for winning, pay for losing. It's better to invest your hard-earned money in the stock market or cryptocurrency.

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS
I had gotten to know Avia games pretty well, 8 Ball Strike particularly, users had very similar complaints regarding "historical players" coming in last second and winning all the prize money and I used to just think those people were nuts and needed to get a life lol. I was even very condescending with a lot of them, as we were encouraged to do so, giving them advice on how to be better at the game and such and I'm embarrassed about that now. I started looking into it, after about the hundredth complaint of the exact same thing, I started researching, asking around and turns out they were all right. When you create an account, the system auto populates you with a 1st name, space, last name + 3 random digits, ie. Laura Stephens891. Avia games does NOT cover the entry fees for "historical players"(the company calls them cucumbers, seriously.) so if there's a game with six players and only two of them are paying users, you're not going to win. Ever. If there are enough human players the best you can do is get 2nd and receive your entry fee back. So whenever the last human score posts, the match will populate with however many "cucumbers" are needed to place in the money. They will finish almost immediately with about 100 points more than the highest score posted. You have up to 70 minutes to complete a game, if a player finishes immediately or waits until the 68th minute there will still be spots to fill in the match because they need to know that score. At support, they didn't even tell us that we are watching a recorded game, that look like all the other games, so we wouldn't even know the difference, so to us we thought everything was legitimate, but it's not. You don't have to take my word for it, I encourage you to see for yourself but be warned, no matter how high you score Amy Stephenson644 will beat you and STEAL your money.
I do want to apologize to any of the players out there that ever spoke to me in support and I was mean or condescending to you, our bosses encouraged that, and I'm really sorry. Worst people I've ever worked for

The verbiage, they use to withdraw/purchase items. Is very flawed and I believe it is flawed on purpose because they want people to believe they are withdrawing their funds but then take money from their account.Instead, this company should be shut down, and this is absolutely disgusting also, if you have problems deactivating your account, turn off your WI. Fi, and try again They tried to stop me from doing that. I no longer have my game. ID because I was successfully able to shut it down and deactivate it. However, I did hear back from PayPal that I'm not going to get a refund and they still use the verbiage, withdraw for your funds and then take money from your account.

Pretty scammy- if you are winning it takes days for your withdrawal to be processed and they put on a daily withdrawal cap even though there isn’t a daily deposit cap. You are fine as long as you’re not winning

The interaction from Avia is so wonderful! They really do notice the little people and are so amazing with the activities and giveaways! I never thought I'd win, But they picked me for a selfie day giveaway! Wonderful experience!
Be very careful. Avia games may be legit and may give you your winnings, however, it is worse than gambling. They do not have an option for time or deposit limits and because they register as gaming, they can bypass gambling blocks. They claim to be skill based games but if you look at Bingo Tour for example, it’s as much chance as it is skill coz all the skill in the world will not bring up the numbers you need. You have to have the numbers for the skill to come into play. Also, they keep flogging promotions with lots of bonus cash but because you can’t withdraw bonus cash, you are led into playing more to try and recover your input, which does not always happen. I have lost much more money here than I ever did gambling and I have had to request my bank to manually block the merchant. These games are extremely dangerous due to their addictive nature and I think a lot of research has gone into how to manipulate the minds of players and reel them in. I am not even convinced that you always play against humans as I notice a non-human pattern to wins/losses a lot of times. Just beware! There may not be much legal grounds for complaint due to the deceptive nature of how they represent themselves to fly under the harmful gambling radar. A fool and his money are soon parted and I have been that fool, just started my rebuilding journey now.
I have seen Avia games reply but all they said when I contacted them was that as soon as you hit deposit and the money comes in, it is non refundable. I maintain that all players need to be careful. I and I am sure many others are paying a heavy price for getting involved with Avia games! It’s much much worse than gambling as you can’t set limits on either time or money and they keep enticing you to deposit. Fore warned is fore armed! Unless you have a will of steel, keep off it. I will use every chance I get to warn people.
