Unparalleled after-sales service

Easy transaction and unparalleled after-sales service. There was a small, unexpected customs charge glitch, but they fixed it quickly. Very happy to have purchased from them. I will definitely buy from them again.

Confirmed Mar 16, "sent" on the 17th of March with no tracking #. We're 15 working days since the sent confirmation message. And since I never got a tracking #, I'm lead to believe it was never shipped to begin with.

After receiving my initial review, Paulius, reached out immediately to assist. They Informed me shipping was delayed, and had the tag in my hand on April 10th.
Unfortunately the issues did not end with shipping, the wrong product was picked, says “CREW” instead of “Remove Before Flight” but I must say, the quality of the product for the price is really impressive. Thankfully Paulius reached out immediately to assist in getting me the right product, and an apology bonus.
Even if something happens to the shipping on this replacement, They’ve gone above and beyond at this point to make my experience a good one, and are owed far more than a nice review.

Great product, great price, great service!

The aviation tag I wanted was available at a very competitive price, with free postage, and the item arrived very quickly and very well packaged. This was the 2nd time I have ordered from Aviamart, and the customer experience and expectation was met and was second to none.
I will happily buy from Aviamart again, and would recommend them without hesitation to any aviation fan looking for one of these very special upcycled tags.
