Ok, so I have mixed feelings about this brand. On one hand I absolutely LOVE the look of their line. I own several pieces. On the other hand I think the overall quality is kind of lousy. I have a f... See more

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. And is it really necessary to have their models wearing THONGS to show their HOODIES??? It’s like they can’t rely on the clothing itself to sell their products - they need to resort to sexual images.
The product is okay but doesn't hold up…
The product is okay but doesn't hold up well. They actually sell dirty, stained and torn clothes out front of their Malibu store. Sure, it's at a "discount", so the pants are only $90 and jackets $100. This company sure thinks highly of itself I can tell you that. Customer service is nonexistent. I wrote a detailed letter to their customer service department regarding the issues I encountered at the store and received no response. Needless to say, I will not purchase from them anymore, and will inform others not to either unless they are looking to waste their money and be treated like garbage. Just read the Yelp review! So many other amazing brands to buy from with excellent service.
Crap
Okay, so I haven't exactly bought any of their stuff, but I just want to say something. So I'm still at school, and I would always see girls in my grade with Aviator Nation stickers on their laptops. I didn't know what AN was at the time until I heard some girls talking about it and decided to look it up. Their website is completely ridiculous. The prices are unreasonable, and the model is disturbing. She poses with a bikini on, trying to look cute, and some of the pictures show too much skin. Just to give some context, a hoodie is $189, and a simple hat is about 50 dollars. I don't find anything interesting about their products, just stripes and lightning bolts. They claim their products are handmade, and the reason they have high prices is because the products are good quality and lifetime guarantee. Several reviews I have read from different websites say that there were tears/holes/fading of color. In my school, Aviator Nation is the hot topic, and anyone without it is not cool. The kids that have their shirts or jackets show them off and they become popular. This should NOT determine whether anyone is cool or not. It makes people who can't afford it feel bad. I'm positive my parents would never buy me one, and I don't care. I'm smart enough to know It's not worth it. So anyone who reads this, do not buy their stuff, or you will soon regret it. When I asked my friend to let me try on her pink sweater, she agreed and it did not feel as comfortable as I thought it would be. Nothing special about it. Don't waste your money.
Absolutely NOT worth the price
Absolutely NOT worth the price. I bought the Ninja Hoodie and assumed given the price tag of $200+, it would be as high quality as a North Face/Patagonia. I have received better quality sweatshirts for free.
This company is NOT WORTH IT!
This company is a super high end clothing company that charges a premium for its BRAND!
They have extremely poor customer service.
For what they charge, someone needs to answer the phone. Instead, a bot answers and directs you to email!!! Even after I finally could communicate with someone via email, they REFUSED TO CALL ME!
I have literally spent thousands on this brand and referred many friends. One of the sweatpants tore during the first wash and I wanted to SPEAK with someone in authority. NOT POSSIBLE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! SO dissapointing, but I will never order from them again!!!
Aviator Nation needs to expand
Aviator Nation has some of the most comfortable, stylish and rad clothes! The only problem is they need more of them, expand guys!
The hat is fine...
It's a trucker hat. I liked the design and it was on sale so I bought it. It's a trucker hat...It's not made of special material it's just a trucker hat. It's probably worth about 10 dollars in the real world but the label adds another 30 bucks to it. Again, it's fine. It's got a foam front and the back is plastic like trucker hats are...I would never ever ever pay full price of what they are asking for this hat but I like it because I got it on sale. Nothing special, cool lightening bolt design, very over priced if they are not on sale.
I have been buying aviator nation for…
I have been buying aviator nation for years and never had an issue with any of their products. So comfortable and durable. My most recent purchase however came with a hole in the sweats. Part of life and clothing. There are defected pieces sometimes. Aviator nation made it right and refunded me completely within AN HOUR of me sending in the concern. INCREDIBLE customer service on top of great products. They will not be losing my business any time soon:)
1- customer service is exceptional
1- customer service is exceptional! Email you right back and you can see the smile on the email. At the stores, everyone super nice also!
2- clothing súper original, happy colors, simple, and comfy!
3- unique! This brand does everything in an unique way and love it!
It’s a no for me
Aviator Nation is a hype brand that unfortunately doesn’t live up to the standard they present themselves as having. I’m pretty unimpressed from clothing quality to brand integrity. I bought a pair of women’s sweatpants and was sad to see the fit was totally not flattering. Very low rise, and quite a bit of billowing in the ~private~ area. I was told that the men’s sweatpants are actually popular among women because they’re high rise and more roomy. Got the men’s and was pleased to see the fit was much more flattering. 2 stars because the sweats are super super soft, and look dope honestly. They also didn’t shrink in the wash- although I always hang dry them. However, I cannot bring myself to believe these are worth $170. The waistband is unreasonably tight, it’s uncomfortable at times and I often have to push it down. The fabric on the inner thigh area started pilling and wearing down severely after only 3 wears, and before even washing it! I have cheaper sweats that took years for this to happen. I was really disappointed when I noticed that. Here’s the worst part though- the legs on the sweats are totally uneven. No joke. The left pant leg is a solid half inch longer than the right.. so I just bunch it up to match the length. Lastly another thing I’ve noticed is the dye can be patchy, it’s very subtle but when you look close enough- you’ll see it.
The icing on the cake is that I left a very honest 3 star review on the product’s page (on the aviator nation website) and it mysteriously never published- but other reviews have since then. Huh! How convenient. In the review I had mentioned how much I loved the design, softness, and overall look- but called out the flaws very honestly and ended it with saying I don’t feel they’re worth the steep price. Apparently it was too damaging because the review has yet to post, so they clearly hid my review. That was the nail in the coffin for me- it’s pretty shady to do that as a brand. What looks better is when you post it and maybe respond to the customer that spent nearly $200 at your store, even if that means correcting misunderstandings.
All in all, I wanted to love this brand and my sweats so much but I’m left feeling cheated as a customer. The impression I have on this company is that they are overpriced and pompous- catering only to rich Californians who can afford to pay $150 for sweats and wear them maybe 3 times. These garments simply don’t stand up to the rest of time, wear, and washing.
Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! They are so helpful and easy to work with. They are beyond accommodating. Thank you for being such a fantastic company.
best lounge clothe brand !!!!
I love this place!!! Dont even get me started on their sweats -- I live in them :) The crewnecks and zip ups are also so comfy too. Personally i think the sizing is a little confusing tho - the sweatpant sizing runs small, and the tops run big (at least for me), but i dont mind it that much. Anyways, even tho it can be expensy, its worth ur $$ and the employees are friendly. And the stores are vv cool and super fun. Plus, a pro of these clothes being expensive is you can tell there is no child labor involved and employees get paid more than enough - unlike Shein, Forever 21, and brands like that.
