Your samples have arrived to us on 17/01/2023 and we gave your results yesterday 24/01/2023 at 16:03 which is 6th working day after we have received your samples. Our turn-around time is 5-7 working days (we clearly mentioned this in several places including the emails we sent you) . We are still under specified SLA. Hope this clarifies.
