Your turn around results are too slow
Your turn around results are too slow. Took over 2 weeks to receive results. Sent some samples to Perth and received results in 5 days from day of posting

Avigenics keeps you informed throughout the process.
They have not gone past the advised timeframe whilst doing the tests (although, I wish it could be done quicker as anyone would).
Pricing is fair for both the testing and certificates, the test kits are also a valuable requirement.
You can make a phone call and sort any issues with the order in an easy conversation.
Very happy with changing to Avigenics.
