Ordered 3 months ago, no order and had a random response today, stating that they were investigating. I’ve contacted my credit card company to investigate, as it is 1,000,000% a scam!

Order never received, no response from company
I placed my order with Avintyshop for 2 hoodies on May 22, 2026. Received a confirmation email and then nothing. 3 weeks later I sent them an email but they didn't respond. Now I see on Shopify there is a tracking number that says my package was delivered May 29, 2026 to Glendora, CA but my address is on the East Coast of the US. I think I've been scammed.

I have paid £31 for a hoodie and it has still not arrived. I sent an email asking about my order and they were good enough to reply and say it was on its way. However it has been over a month and now they won't reply and I still have no hoodie! Absolute con!!!! Thankfully I can claim my money back through the bank!

Placed and order and they never bothered to deliver, after numerous emails to them, and chasing up my order that NEVER even got sent out, I was very lucky I paid via PayPal, who PayPal got my money back.
Avoid this company at all costs, it’s a scam

Product not delivered
Before I ordered, I emailed them with a few questions. They replied promptly (within 24hours). After multiple emails back and forth, I was told delivery was 7 to 14 business days. 20 days later, I do not have my top. I have sent multiple emails and Avinty are not replying
