Aviva is such an easy company to deal with. The staff are always extremely helpful, patient and courteous. They obviously need to obtain certain relevant information to tick the appropriate boxes and they do this with the ease of true professionals.

Difficulty getting NCB from them for a nee policy
I could not ammend my renewal to add penalty point, so I took out a new policy. Both policies were with Aviva
It took 4 weeks and many phone calls to get them to figure out that they already had the NCB that was required. I couldn't access it online, and had to request it. It never came. I got messages asking for it. I didn't have it as they didn't send it. It was very stressful and made no sense.
