The initial quote came through quickly, sadly communication thereafter was poor. An email takes a second to reply to and all I wanted to know was how long the documents would take. An email stating 1/2/3 days or weeks would’ve sufficed but there was no reply and I had to look elsewhere. I won’t be using this company again but I’m happy others have had better luck than I.

They replied promptly. They were polite, helpful, efficient, and provided a quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I was very happy with their service.

I was satisfied with the service received. People at Avo have been responsive and helpful in addressing my requests.

First of all I was told (I quote) “ We can have this ready for you in no more than 1-2 days.” while my translation actually took a week to be sent by email.
I paid extra for a certified hard copy that came in a very flimsy paper envelop (in the past I’ve always received documents in ‘Do not bend’ cardboard envelops when using other translators, so the letter would arrive intact) and as a result, my document arrived all crumpled like it has been thrown in a bin. Very disappointing as it is a legal document that I need for official purposes. Not the service you expect for £70.
I have of course informed them and sent them a photo of the poor state of the document and I’m waiting for a reply.
I won’t be using Avo translation again.

Got an initial translation from them which was fine but tried to get hold of them again and got no response. Found a competitor to be much better.
