Ive been waiting for my iphone 5 for about 6 years still no refund of phone FUK. AVOBUY

I ordered a 55 inch 3D tv from Avobuy in 2014. I have the emails stating that they were processing my order and payment received and to please wait. Well it's been 2 years now after numerous calls and emails back when someone would answer the phone, and still no kind of costumer service what so ever. My hard earned money is down the drain! Do not get lured in by the slashed prices!!

FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW. I LOST $500. NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK AFTER 8 MONTH. COMPLETE FRAUD. DO NOT WASTE OR HAVE A SECOND THOUGHT ABOUT THIS WEBSITE. DO NOT TRUST THE YOU TUBE VIDEO AT ALL. LET MY LESSON BE YOUR GAIN! I WAS TRYING TO GET A COMPUTER AND THEY RESPOND FAST WHEN YOU THINK WANT TO ORDER BUT NOT THEN AFTER AT ALL! CLOSE YOUR SITE AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. THESE MONIES THAT YOU GOT YOU WILL PAY MORE THAN YOU THINK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER AND I HOPE YOU WONT SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING SCAMMING INNOCENT PEOPLE AND STUDENTS ALL AROUND THE WORLD.

I want to order phone, they answer instantly, I make my order.... Haven't heard from them in over a year now and can't get them to answer phone or e-mails. I got got... Don't lose your $ like I did . I did a money order, still got receipt in my wallet. Just waiting for a lawsuit to happen.

Avobuy was offering $176 for a PS4 and said it would take around 90 days. After 120 days, I got fed up of waiting and for their customer service to say it's not available yet. That's a BIG RED flag there. This company is a ponzi scheme taking money from you and using to get items for another customer. OH.. they promise to refund you but beware! They make you fill out some google doc with your bank info in order to credit you back pennies at a time. I'm not kidding you... they use Google Pay to add pennies (always under a dollar) to your account whenever they feel like it. So, it'll take forever for you to refund and for you to track to make sure they fully refund you. I'm really surprise that anyone actually gets whatever they purchase here. bunch of smucks!

Even giving 1 star is being generous. I wish I had the option to provide a zero. They never sent the product I bought at all whatsoever. So they stole 400+ dollars from me with the promise that they would ship me an item. What liars they are.
The scam trick is they have you wait for a long time that way after a time period you are either unable to do a chargeback or continue to play into the mind-game they have you play which is wait forever. With no way to get a refund.
I did this and definitely regret it. I believe they either hire or honesty send out certain orders with the money they stole from other customers. As you will see reviews on YouTube in which I have a mix feeling about its either they are hired or orders avobuy actually fulfilled.

Stay far away from this company they need to be reported and sent to jail. That is unless you basically want to play the lottery. Atleast if they had it setup as a product casino site it would be more honest as you would order and wait to find out if you will actually win what you desired.

I found that website online and trusted it and bought an iphone4 and a Ipad. They charged my card right away and I never got anything. They stole my money and I never got Nothing. Please dont buy anything from them. Lets make a group together and lets take them to court. I have open a claim against that company through ripoff.com

I ordered furniture and a new PC for my child and paid $1650. They never sent me anything, they can't be contacted via phone or email. I reported them to the BBB but they did nothing, and NOW they have emailed me asking for my bank account number and routing number to put "a little money in my account each day" until my $1650 is fully refunded?

Really? They want my account info and routing number so they can steal from me, a single mom of two children. Is this the saddest thing I ask you?

PLEASE do not buy from them.. It's a scam, a trick, and now they are trying to steal from my bank account. HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE!?

I purchased the white iPhone 4s from them and waited a few months and I contacted them so I can cancel my order coz if the wait. Then they said an iPhone 4s in black was available, so since I couldn't wait any longer I said it's fine if they just send the black one. The phone was legit. So I ordered the space grey iPhone 5s. I waited for a year now!!! And it hasn't arrived! And I've been trying to contact them via their phone numbers and email addresses! It's like they don't exist anymore! My emails can't be send and they pick up any calls. Don't ever buy anything from them! I'd give them no stars.

You will LOST all your money! They are THIEVES.

Don't send checks.
Don't believe in their FALSE VIDEOS.

Dont be fooled by their unbelievable prices. They will never send you any products even if you wait for months. Then you have to either forget about your lost money or follow your bank for another couple of weeks to make disputes on your credit card and get your money back.

So listen to my advice: Let your money stay in your pocket, rather than lose it and then waste your time and energy to fight it back !

All their positive reviews I believe to be bull.

They suck you in to get your money, then, if you cancel, after you've waited 6-12 months, you ask for a refund. They tell you to go through your credit card company. What does this do? They get to keep the money and you are reimbursed by the credit card insurance company.

I ordered a phone in march then canceled in april and its now the end of August and still no refund. They will rip u off. Dont order from them. Everytime i send them an email about it, i get back please allow 30+ business days to receive ur refund. Its been 4 months.

I bought a cell phone from them $411 and I waited for 50 days they didnt send me the cell phone and I canceled my order it has been two months I have not received my refund yet.

I'm not as upset as a person should be in my situation since i lost 250$, but that is because i blame myself. I ordered my PS4 5 months ago and never received it. And when i asked for a refund they said the submission was complete so i asked for a confirmation number or anything of the sort and they just kept sending me the same auto-message. I had a bad feeling about this website, but to save money I took a leap anyway; i fell flat face first into a pile of crap. Yes, they are a complete scam. I'm assuming you have your own doubts if your looking up their reviews and I say follow your gut. Don't lose money to this scam site.

If it seems to good to be true, it most likely is.
I pride myself on being a careful online shopper but I got burned in a huge way.
Below is the order history with this company, I have received neither product or the refund that they claimed they would be more than happy to give me.
They are thieves. plain and simple, they will take your money and give you nothing.
The pitch they have sounds good but it's a lie and a scam of the first order.
I have attempted to contact them in order to secure my refunds but they ignore all attempts.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will steal it.
