I am happy they were easily able to replace my device. There were no concerns or hick-ups! The device works so well! I noticed my skin sagging during the month I was not using it!

I purchased an Eneo Advanced at a health trade show and it stopped charging after about 10 months of minimal use. I called customer service and they gave me instructions on how to email them to get a replacement and that the replacement is free. After following the warranty instructions (videos, receipts, etc) I was informed :
“The replacement of the device is free, the customer is just responsible for the processing, shipping, and handling which comes out to $119. The $119 ensures that your replacement device is delivered to you promptly and efficiently and allows our customers to receive a lifetime coverage without any additional cost for the replacement.”
I love how they say it’s free but forget to mention it actually costs $119. Ridiculous for what I paid to have the device last less than a year and then have to pay $119 to get a new one! I do NOT recommend this product or company!

This device is a life changing. I got the eneo advanced and it is easy to use and the change is noticeable from the first time

Just got a brand new replacement for my Eneo Totale. Fantastic device!
Avologi was extremely helpful and processed the warranty with absolutely no problem at all. Highly recommend the company and their products.

Was so incredibly pushy. Kept on saying that they’d give us ‘special deals’ when the product is still $11,500 or whatever abysmal price it is. The video we were shown shows women with already amazing skin, and the ‘before and after’ photos were obviously airbrushed. Apparently ‘NASA approved’ but showed no proof of that. Told us we could use the product on our DOG? Laughable. It was obvious that they needed a certain amount of sales a day, any way they could. After admitting we could not afford the product they seemed genuinely shocked that we didn’t have that much money to spare, and kept putting moisturiser on our faces trying to change our minds. (We didn’t, this product was not purchased) .Kept on asking us if we ‘are sure’ we can’t afford it, which felt so rude. eventually had to stand up and leave with a firm and final ‘we can’t afford it’. This is NOT how you sell a product! So disappointing as there are some genuinely good reviews, but as two women alone, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Today I called to complete payment for the repair and Shirley was pleasant and professional in offering additional products and transferred me to Jackeline S.

I used the Eneo Advanced for 2 years and there was no change to my skin. It was nice and warm massaging my face, I enjoyed the feeling, but it didn't improve my complexion any more than an application of a nice face cream. It is expensive and after 2 years it stopped charging. The charge light started blinking rapidly and the wand was dead. Apparently this happens for many customers, so the process of replacement is fairly prominent on the website. The product has a "lifetime warranty" but I found that it's far from free to replace it. First I answered a lot of questions and sent photos, had a video chat to confirm the problem, and sent assurance of warranty. But when Avologi had confirmed that the warrantied product had quit working, I was asked to provide a lot more specific irrelevant information and asked to pack and ship the product with tracking at my expense. Why do they need it back after seeing clearly that it has stopped working? It's heavy in the protective original box, so shipping is quite expensive. However if you don't use the box and the product arrives damaged, it will not be replaced. If it arrives intact, Avologi will then "personally reach out" to charge the customer $119 for replacement of the lifetime warrantied product. The total cost would be around $200. I decided to toss the Eneo Advanced. It's not worth $200.

This device was only a few months old when it stopped functioning. This product and it's accompanying cream and eye wand, cost $2000. That is a tremendous amount of money for a device that only lasted a few months. While I appreciate the fact that the device was replaced, there were additional costs to that: $50 for shipping the device back to the company and then I was charged $119 for handling and shipping. That is really outrageous. This company sells a product for that amount of money and then the customer incurs $170 in costs to get the defective device replaced. I feel very strongly that there should be no costs to the customer for an expensive device that breaks down with very limited use. I expect the company to reimburse me for these extra costs or to reimburse me for all costs if they want their device back. I feel that I was taken advantage of after spending a substantial sum of money purchasing this product.

EDIT 8/19: As a consumer, I have the right to share an honest, factual review of a product and my experience with it. Below is additional information related to the Avologi Eneo Totale device. This product is sold in stores and online at an exorbitant price and leverages misleading federal endorsements and claims to sell the device under false pretenses. Here are the facts:
• This device is not FDA-approved, as the company often claims (even in the description of the company on this Trustpilot page). It is FDA-cleared under 510(k) K213841, which simply means it is substantially equivalent to a previous version for treating wrinkles around the eyes — not the full-face, anti-aging, or medical claims made in-store, on the product’s website, in product packaging, and online product demonstrations.
• FDA-cleared DOES NOT mean FDA-approved, and marketing it as such is considered misbranding under FDA rules (21 CFR Part 807.97).
• The device is based on an older model (Avologi ENEO, K181659), not a new or advanced technology as suggested in-store and online.
• The company's use of NASA’s logo and references to “NASA technology” in-store and online is highly misleading and deceptive. There is no affiliation or licensing noted in their FDA filings.
**I’m sharing this to help other consumers make informed decisions. I was misled and pressured into purchasing this under the belief it was medically endorsed and FDA-approved — neither of which are true.**
SCAM in Vail, CO at Vail Cosmetics (formerly Resveralife) and Vail Skin Philosophy (formerly Mer d’Or Paris). These stores push overpriced skincare under brand names like Avinichi, Stemalosophy, and Avologi Eneo Totale.
They’ll tell you the device was developed for them by NASA. That you won’t need Botox or cosmetic surgery. They’ll tell you need to buy overpriced creams ($4,500 to $10,000) to go with the device to get results. They’ll talk about retail price then miraculously discount if for “today only”.
They will humiliate you, then turn around and flatter you. It was psychological warfare masquerading as a skincare consultation.
No refund or return policy was ever disclosed before payment. Which is against consumer protection laws. We were able to get a refund one item – only bc it was missing 2 of the 3 bottles! The rest of the purchase is in active dispute with our credit card company. I’ve filed complaints with just about every agency I can think of - from local town and county officials to the FBI and media.
The Eneo Totale is part of a well-documented network of scams designed to prey on tourists and anyone seeking skincare solutions.

Our Eneo device stopped charging. We Contacted Avologi and we received excellent customer service. They provided great instructions to return the device.. They followed up upon receipt of the defective device for shipping directions for the replacement device. All contacts with Avologi were very pleasant and helpful. The company stood behind their lifetime warranty!

The product works great. I have skin issues complicated by autoimmune diseases. The Eneo not only reduces signs of aging by firming up the skin, but it also decreases age or "wisdom" spots and keeps my face from masking. By using this product regularly it makes me look healthier and younger, not showing the fatigue from my chronic conditions. Furthermore, the company stands behind it's product. I had an issue with the device not charging, tried off-brand similar devices which did not work, then contacted the company and my product has been replaced. Excellent service with a great product.
