Very clean power solution if you care about interior at all

Amazing design, but three identical sockets need me to add an awful adapter. Why "Schuko type F" instead of the more practical "Schuko socket with Italian bipasso"?
Secondly: if you use two USB at the same time half the power each.

I would not have thought I could be so excited about an extension lead but here we are…! Fast delivery quicker than estimated. Lovely high quality product. Will buy again.

Really love the design and the feel of the product. Making something "boring" look great!

Great design but shame I got what seemed to be a refunded product badly disguised as new- but of course they probably only send these items abroad knowing the customer probably won’t return it. The ‘tamperproof’ round stickers had clearly been stuck back on, the instructions inside were all creased in the wrong place and the cable ties were only loosely holding the cable together. What a disappointment for such an expensive product. Really lets the company reputation down - sloppy and careless attitude towards customer. Now all I need is to find out it’s a faulty product!!

I’ve send Avolt an email I wanted to buy Avolts for my company in the Netherlands so without VAT. They tried to make an offer which was more expensive than on their website. It took me four emails back and forth, and now I’m done. No Avolt for me, what a crazy company.

Very good quality

More than happy with my square 1, great quality feeling and really nice design. Big plus with different colours to match details in my home. Didn't think I was going to use the usb, but turn out as a great feature.

The product is truly wonderful – it’s both beautiful and practical. I love the texture, and the colours are very pleasant. The only thing I sometimes find a bit frustrating is the child lock. Even my partner, who tends to have little patience with plugs, struggles with it at times.

If I may offer a small suggestion: it would be fantastic to have a version that includes a standard USB port and one single European socket in addition to the Swiss one. Many products sold in Switzerland still come with non-Swiss plugs, and quite a few device cables still use the older USB format.

I’m also very impressed with your customer service. You responded to my request quickly and even sent me a replacement product faster than I expected. I genuinely didn’t anticipate such excellent service — and now I’m an even bigger fan of your brand!

You get that “Apple” feeling unboxing, and then it blends in to the interior, seriously stylish!

I’m really happy with my Avolt One in Oak Green. It looks great on my desk, the color is subtle and modern, and the magnetic base is a clever detail. Feels solid and well-made. Love when everyday tech is this well-designed!

Bought the Square 1, Square 2 and Cable1. Love the material, finish and colours!

Pretty products but the power output is really weak. Its suggested that you can charge multiple items at once. You cannot charge your laptop & phone at the same time. Even 2 phones is slow.
Would've liked to know that the other sockets were just for show, before paying a fortune for an outlet with multiple sockets.
I contacted avolt about this, they actually told me this is how the product is supposed to work.
Conclusion:
Buy a similar product elsewhere.

Made a return of part of my order with courier and sent documentation for delivery to Avolt. They claim they never received it and refuse to refund my order. Have reported this as FRAUD to my bank which quickly replied that sufficient documentation for delivery was provided and that Avolt should refund. Avolt is untrustworthy.

UPDATE 26/11-24:
Avolt contacted trust pilot and tried to delete my review because of defamation. Trustpilot investigated and determined that the review was not defamatory. After that Avolt finally decided to pay my refund. Annoying struggle, but got my refund in the end.

The order arrived on time and I really like the product! It looks and works as expected. I recently also bought the Square 2 which is my favorite right now for my kitchen that hasn’t got enough outlets. Thumbs up 👍🏻

They good designers of socket products and the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, a screw has come loose inside. The support team did everything they could to resolve the issue.
