I purchased hearing aids in December and returned them in February to China at my cost even though their sales info says free returns. The hearing aids did not help my hearing at all. No refund has been received and tracking shows parcel is in China waiting to be collected from Customs! Polite emails to start with but now there is no response from them at all over the last 4 weeks. I recommend you avoid this company.
This company is a disgrace, DO NOT buy from them. Their customer service is writing ingratiating emails without solving the problem!
I paid for 2 hearing aids £171.00 including £3.00 "postage", they arrived on the 4th February. They were faulty, they did not charge and I sent a video on their request. They have wasted another month and now claim that I have to pay for postage back to Hong Kong to receive a refund, the following email said that since more that 14 days had gone by I was not entitled to even a partial refund. I can prove all of this by emails. This company is dishonest and totally unreliable.
