When they make a mistake, it's not their fault?!
So apparently when you order 10 bottles, and receive 6, and 3 of those are wrong, and you contact this company, you are told that you are technically correct that the shipment was delivered wrong, but that it is not their fault, but instead a fault of their new external shipping service provider.
I mean come on... Get a grip! take responsibility for the fact that you send the wrong liquids, and send us the correct ones instead of making excuses for yourself!
