Everything started when in 2019 I bought my first vintage watch at auction. After being fascinated by watches and especially vintage watches I decided to pull the trigger on a 1980’s Seiko Bell-Matic. I paid and a few days later the watch arrived. The disappointment when opening the parcel was huge… The watch crystal had come off and the seller wasn’t very helpful. At that moment I knew that I wanted to give people like me, who are looking for a vintage watch, the chance to buy that special watch in confidence. So by the end of 2019 I started selling Affordable Vintage Watches. The business grew really fast thanks to our fair approach on watches and reasonable prices. We at AV Watches test all our watches before sale and get them serviced by a reputable watchmaker if necessary. We focus mainly on known brands such as Omega, Rolex, Seiko, Tissot, Tudor… But every vintage watch with a unique look can be found at AV Watches. Our motto is ‘vintage is for everyone’ because we at AV Watches believe that everyone should be able to sense the unique feeling of owning and wearing a vintage watch. That one piece of mechanical engineering which you can rely on day after day, week after week and year after year.
