I had an extremely frustrating experience at this A&W location. The staff called the wrong queue number for my order, then gave me information that did not match what had actually happened, which made the situation even more upsetting.

What concerned me most was the food handling. I personally saw staff move from the register/cash area to preparing food with bare hands without washing their hands in between. When I questioned it, I was told that gloves were not required.

My concern is not simply the lack of gloves. It is handling the register and then touching food without washing hands in between. That made me very uncomfortable eating the food.

I was upset and did raise my voice because of how badly the situation was handled, but the service, communication, and hygiene practices I personally witnessed were unacceptable to me. I will not return to this location.

I'm concerned about my own depleting savings account - it's nothing less than cosmic irony if not existential despair that fills me at this moment. In an effort to dispel these sentiments, I have taken up curating a list of songs for specific playlists across the seasons.
