The engraving was mounted on the presentation case. For some reason i thought it would be on the medals.

Quality items nicely presented. Took longer than i would have liked to receive them. Now i have them i am happy.

I requested for medals to be mounted in preparation for an unexpected funeral. Something I should have had done many years ago and I honestly didn’t fancy my chances of them being mounted in time. Well I was very wrong!
What an amazing service. Having chatted to Customer Services, who were so lovely and helpful, I am now in receipt of some beautifully mounted medals. The ribbon has been renewed and the medals look brilliant.
I am honestly blown away by the level of professionalism this company has provided to me and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Ordered a set of court mounted medals for display. They arrived on time and were of high quality,and to be honest could easily be worn at functions etc as they are barely distinguishable from the originals. I’m very pleased with the product.

So many magazines I pick up have an advert from this company so I visited their website and remarkably they had a particular item I was seeking. Their website allowed me to select the item and as it didn’t amount to a great deal I added other items that I wanted but would usually buy elsewhere but thought only right as they did have the particular item I needed. The website allowed me to pay and I even received a confirmation email detailing the order. I went away for a long weekend thinking the order may even arrive when I return. I was off grid but looked at my emails upon return to find a message indicating they had tried to call regarding the order and the prime item I was wanting was out of stock . However for some reason they thought it prudent to deduct the cost of this item from the order and despatch the remaining items. I replied right away to cancel the entire order my reasoning being that I would still have to source the item I was seeking thus incurring postal cost from another company. Apparently this was too late and the order had already been dispatched but I could return it for a refund upon receipt. Well obviously I wasn’t going to take receipt of the items to then pay to return them . So when the postman arrived I refused the package and witnessed the postman follow procedures on his electronic device that highlighted ‘item refused’. Anyway this took nearly two weeks before item was acknowledged as being returned and lots of email communication in the interim. They acknowledged they had let me down seemingly placing the blame upon their suppliers. But just to reiterate their website advertised the item allowed me to pay for the item and sent a confirmation. Anyway 26 days on I have finally received a refund. In a previous life many years ago I worked in retail it was for an American based firm who loved a strap line. One such was this that has stayed with me throughout life “you only get one chance to make a first impression “. It’s not so much about their failings it’s about the way they handle it. Why would they not want to delight a person who chose to use them ? On the face of it the transaction was so simple but just spiralled into an absolute farce.

I sent a considerable amount of time researching someone to court mount my medals and this company seemed the best timely dispatch of secure Post office package for me to send my medals one day signed for, which is how I was told in writing they would be returned, HOWEVER I finally received my medals back in the post 9 days after they were dispatched and this was only after contacted Awards customer services once and the courier company three times, so for 9 days they were sitting around in vans and depots risking damage or loss....simply not good enough!

Highly recommended. I was initially passed my gradfathers on my mums side's WW2 medals, and sent these cleaned and framed with new ribbons fitted and they look amazing. After seing this my dad decided to send his grandfather's WW1 medals to have the same done and they look amazing.

My grandfather's WWII medals were cleaned, re-ribboned and framed for my father's 80th. The product was good and the customer service was excellent. I couldn't recommend this personal and professional service more.

Two separate orders. Both wrong. Two presentation events ruined. Award then gave a cursory "sorry.. sort of" brush off. Keep scrolling through the list of other suppliers.

Ordered an engraved national service plaque for my Grandad’s Christmas present. I placed the order in early December, but was worried it wouldn’t be here in time for the big day. I needn’t have been. Turned up in a couple of weeks, during postal strikes and they even corrected a spelling mistake I made on the personalised engraving 😳 Grandad loved it. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an RAF service medal for my father. When ordering I was asked a number of questions relating to my Father's service details.
The medal I received was very nice and smart. I'm sure that my father will like it.
However....the only issue I have is that one of the details requested was my father's years of service, which were 1966-1971. I supplied this information, but upon receiving the medal, the engraving around the side of the medal included all service details supplied, except for service years.
I contacted Award Medals by phone. No answer, so left a voicemail. Currently approx 8 weeks since my message was left, and still no reply from Award Medals.
I have since spoken to a veteran soldier I work with, who advised me that military Medals do not have the years of service engraved onto the edge of the medal, so I'm not too bothered.
However, a reply to my voicemail would have been nice.
My only other critical observation is that Award Medals are quite expensive, and there are cheaper suppliers out there.

Disgusting way to speak to a loyal customer who some over £500 in the last year and wishing to buy anothrr medal even after last one had wrong monarch placed on it due to incompetence.

You purposely hang up on me then ask me the same passive aggressive statement 4 times I give you address and asked the medal I wanted and you couldn't even understand what I was saying and I said is this an accent thing and you excused me in a very rude disdainful way is that anyway to treat a loyal customer

I'm ex serving soldier was Royal signals then Infantry then merchant navy

I was ringing to try and buy a TA medal for my pal who was a STAB

Joking banter about the STAB the TA do a good job but seriously this firm needs closing down the staff are rude and incompetent and place is expensive and they take forever to be sent out

I lost my medals many years ago, both full size and miniature! I ordered with Award medals and I ordered replacements with engraving and mounting, I also ordered other items, eg glasses with my regiment badge engraving and medal cases, Service and quality were outstanding! I highly recommend them! Thank you very much.

Wish I had checked TP before ordering here. Website did not clearly state that full size were printed with copy even for legitimate owners. Slow to deliver. Asked if miniature could be court mounted before they dispatched but was told no, send it back after remembrance and they would adjust it for a fee.

Outstanding customer service! Medal engraving is amazing. Dealing with Ruth as a small wee error with the medal and without any issues provided an immediate replacement. Highly recommended. Ignore the negative reviews this company is spot on. And the quality is 100%!

Truely useless. I would go elsewhere. I ordered medals to be mounted and they all arrived individually. A disgrace for the money i paid and the website did not make it clear. If I had looked at Trust pilot first would have never used.

I was quite concerned ordering here after I saw the reviews on here, but no need atall. The product arrived quickly despite being engraved, I was kept updated on delivery and the product is great quality and better than I expected! Trustworthy company, I would order from here again

As an RAF veteran, I was looking for a memento of my 44 years service. I found exactly what I was looking for, and 2 days after my order, the items arrived. Really good quality, and the service from Award Medals was excellent. I will shop here again.

51 days to get vetrans medal sent it back as not wanted after that time thought to be lost in post told if you post it back in good condition we will refund postage they receive it and tell me no refund as you did not want it never will i deal with them again or recomend them plus to bloody expensive. pays not to be honest with some outfits

My ex partner Andy Lawrence was a customer. After years of lying about being a sniper in the military and claiming to have killed many muslims he brought himself a fake military cross from your company to back up his lies and palm himself off a a war hero. It's a shame companies like yours exist as it allows frauds like this Walter Mitty to access medals they did nothing to receive
