quality control with the products

I received my first order from Artisan today in Switzerland. I was a bit disappointed that the tooth brushes I ordered, were not all large (normal sized). It was supposed to be the pack of white headed toothbrushes (they were mixed with some smaller brushes). Also almost every box of essential oils had oils running out of them. I twisted the lids and almost all of them were not on there tightly. About 15 out of the 50 pcs had less in there then the others where none had run out. Very unfortunate. i am also disappointed that the essential oils even though being 100% pure you say cannot be taken internally. Or are you just not allowed to say that you can take them internally. I know that is a issue with a lot of places.
