The communication was really good. The quality of the product was disappointing. After excellent communication on how the media center was going through quality control, I receive a product that was substandard. Part of the unit had a cracked wood, parts were scratched and the one handle was nicked with a sharp burr. I even paid extra to have it come in one piece vs. assembling it myself.
