Don't order from this site. They are a scam. I did not receive part of my package and this was in September. I’m speaking with an incompetent person called Sara and have asked for a refund since the begining of October as the package is clearly lost and she has not actioned this. They are a scam and they do not listen

I can't say if the bottle is good, because I'm still waiting for my parcel since more than 6 weeks. That's very disappointing :-( the only positive thing I could say is the good customer service, who reacts fast and kind.

i was very happy to receive the map the quality was good and the packing also was perfect.

There should be a zero for a SCAM company like Awesome Maps.

I ordered 2 towels almost 6 weeks ago.
Until today I have received nothing!!!

The company does not communicate. They keep promising to take care of the delivery, yet both tracking links they shared are not working.

Avoid them at all costs.

Unfortunately the first item was damaged in transit and I did worry that I was going to have a load of hassle returning the item and getting a replacement. I need not have worried. The issue was dealt with perfectly and i was in receipt of a replacement in perfect condition a few days later. The item was a gift and the recipients loved it. Top product and most importantly really good customer service.

After my previous review, I was kindly contacted by Simon, the creator of Awesome Maps. He approached me with a sincere apology and explained the reasons behind the delay. He truly is a nice person and very thoughtful in his communication.

I have now received the bottle, and I absolutely love the quality — both the bottle itself and the stickers are great! I highly recommend this bottle for all travelers; it also makes a wonderful gift.

Just keep in mind that if you’re ordering to Australia, you’ll need to plan ahead, as shipping takes time — around 40 days in my experience. Other than that, I am really happy with my purchase.

I made an order and paid for fast delivery as it was a gift for a birthday. Three weeks on, several messages and no sign of dispatch. They have stopped responding to any emails. This website is a total scam – do not waste your money.

I ordered two items. One came with schedule time but another I am still waiting. It was for a gift and I did not received it on time what is very disappointing since I contacted them and they said they will give me an update tomorrow. 2 days later no up data and no respond. I wouldn’t trust them again to order.

I was happy to see Awesome maps show up on my Instagram, since I've been looking for one of these bottles for a while. Sarah, in the customer service support team, was very lovely and helpful in keeping me informed and was very quick to reply to my emails. The bottle arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, which is understandable given that the company is based in Europe and I am in Australia. The only downside was the tracking information. Once the package was shipped, I wasn't able to track where it was or when it would arrive. Overall, I'm very happy with the product, and I'm excited to fill it out with all the stickers!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the "towel" for a birthday present at the beginning of June and it finally arrived in September. I had asked and asked for a refund as the present was now no use to us but they ignored me. When the "towel" arrived it was a stiff paper/cardboard like thing and is terrible. I cannot believe that this company are legit. They have no concept of customer service at all. And their product is shockingly bad.

Had a bit of a glitch at the beginning but it was fixed in no time with no hassles. A+ everything.

I purchased some microfiber towels with unique map designs, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The quality of the microfiber is excellent: they’re incredibly soft, the material is very good, and they are staying vibrant and soft even after some washes in the washingmachine. The designs themselves are detailed and visually striking, whether it’s a Road Trip map of Europe, a Hiking map of the world, or a Bucketlist of must-do activities. Additionally, the customer service was bsolutely good: I ordered one Road Trip map towel and two Hiking map towels, but insted of the Hiking maps I received two Bucketlist map towels. I wrote toSara by AwsomeMap and I quickly recived and answer and the issue was efficiently resolved, allowing me to keep the mistakenly sent towels at a nominal cost. Overall, these towels are a fantastic blend of functionality and style, making them a great choice for travel or everyday use.

Ordered the surf map and it is awesome! Better than we expected. The map includes detailed info about surfing locations: wave type, ground under the water, best months to go, temperature!

Bought the Surftrip Map. Quick delivery, good quality material and perfect packaging. The perfect gift for a surfer. Totally recommend it.

It took a while for our kitemap on wood we've ordered to arrive. We contacted awesome maps over email and got quick responses that the wood printer was having issues.
When the issues weren't resolved after a while we were offered the canvas as alternative, money back on the difference and a bonus towel.
We really wanted the wood print though and indicated we didn't mind waiting longer for it.
After a bit more time awesome maps indicated that issues still weren't resolved, but at the same time they would try through a different printer, we could keep both of the maps.
Relatively quickly after that the first map arrived, however it was unfortunately the wrong print and flipped vertically, probably the new printer making a mistake on the order.
A few days later we received another wood print which was perfect and exactly what we ordered.

Overall it took quite long, but the amazing customer service we were provided really made a difference for us. Bad luck can happen, but it's important to communicate this and provide alternatives, which awesome maps did throughout the entire process!

The dive map towel was the perfect gift for the scuba diver in my life. It is very large and absorbent while still being thin enough to pack down into a small space. Worth the wait to have it shipped to Australia. Customer service were fast to respond to my shipping query.

I ordered two towels from awesome maps. Luckily, there was a promotion at the time where I got a third one for free, which made my purchase decision easier. Delivery only took a few days and was packaged with high quality. Unfortunately, I only realized when I unpacked the item that I had ordered the wrong towel. Customer service was able to quickly find a solution, and thanks to the promotion and customer service, I now have four towels for almost the price of two.

The bottles are amazing! I really love the quality of the bottle and the sticker and it‘s very convenient to take with you on travels. And the water stays cold the whole time. I really recommend this bottle if you‘re looking for a beautiful and useful travelcompanion. Everybody that sees my bottle always wants to have one too.
The support of the company was also really nice, they sent me new stickers because mine got damaged! Thank you
