Ordered a variety of inks and pens, dispatched the next working day, and arrived within 2 days of shipping. Low threshold for free shipping in the UK which is great, will be ordering from them again.

Ordered from them in 2024, but had some delivery issues. I'm giving 2 stars because the sender agreed to send me their delivery reference number and stuff, but that was less than enough to launch an investigation from my local postal service (investigations have to be launched from the sender's side in France apparently). Never had any offer for a refund, a coupon, or anything.
It's usually up to the sender to offer compensation for this kind of issue, and they never did anything else, so I won't be ordering again.

I've ordered twice from awesomepens now. They have a fantastic selection of Japanese stationery for reasonable prices. Both times my items were wrapped really well, unboxing the items were a delight! The delivery times were incredibly good as well with the most recent time having my items delivered literally within 24 hours from reading to sheffield. Highly recommend !!

I ordered an OHTO GS01 Horizon pen and it arrived a couple of days later. The pen is really nice, though it rattles a little when shaken so I might try to add some packing (I'm a fussy person). It feels very good in the hand and I'm seriously impressed with the ink and flow. A faultless service from Awesomepens.co.uk, the supplier.

Really quick delivery: I ordered after 3pm and got my order 2 days later as it was dispatched next day. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong pen refills so I spoke to Kate from customer service about returning the refills, they offered an alternative to what I had bought that would match the pens I had gotten (as an exchange), however, I needed a specific one - they were so kind and gave me a prepaid label since the return would be a small package anyway. I would absolutely buy from them again, but will definitely check that I'm ordering the right thing

Great search function on website, easily to navigate. Able to get a very sought after pen (Uniball One P Pen) here where unavailable on many other online places! I was also able to get the Uniball One ink which was very hard to come by. My order arrived in 2 days after I placed the order, very speedy delivery! I would buy again from this website
