Ordered pc via payl8er order for pc never got confirmed even though credit was approved. I am paying for fresh air.
I ordered another order for monitor and keyboard that was supposedly refunded. No refund at all.
You would be better off not using them at all no communication what so ever.
One email I received after sending 25/30.
Joke and half it is..

Been waiting for my order since the 20/12/23 (was a gift for my daughters 8th birthday which was nearly 2 weeks ago) it is now the 09/01/24. Received an email asking me to review my delivery but I haven't received anything to review. After receiving no contact from AWGAMING and them ignoring my messages and emails, I decided to send an email saying that I will be leaving a negative review and contacting citizens advice if I receive no response in the next few days. Only then did I receive a response from them, saying that they've cancelled my order because they've not got the item in stock, after weeks of waiting! We will never order from this company again. Avoid!

It's never a pleasure to write a bad review, but in this case, I have no option.
Trust me!!!
This company customer services are the lowest possible level (or none)!!!

I have ordered my gaming PC back in October 2023 for my 11yo for his birthday and the only positive fact is that PC arrived quite quickly and on time, but we shouldn't get too excited because...

...when switching on for the first time, the key for Windows was "already used", so no joy on his birthday. Child was disappointed and I couldn't help.
Kindly emailed AW Gaming and asked for advise I was given another key and this one was already "used" too.
In the act of the desperation, I called Microsoft, and they provided all required support and gave me a new key free of charge.
I know, this might not be very expensive but still, it's not a level of service you'd expect, especially if you (me in this case) are not a computer expert.

Secondly, this PC started crashing while playing Fortnite.
I've emailed AW Gaming beginning of December and asked for advice.
Surprisingly, Carl replied quite quickly, stating that this PC should have no problem with Fortnite. He also asked for the screenshot.
I have sent the screenshot and even short video clip of the issue, but unfortunately after Carl’s first reply there was no more communication from him.
In the meantime, this PC started to crash also while playing other games like Minecraft, Roblox or Imposter.
I have sent other emails, as a reply to him and directly from the website but still no reply.
I've tried to call the landline, but it goes straight to the recorded message which tells you to send an email or book PAID consultation.
Again, so desperate to get it right, I have booked PAID (£9.99) consultation for the specific date and time.
I have received the confirmation, entry to my calendar and even a reminder 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Guess what??
Nobody called.
This is disgrace and massive disappointment.
I'm not recommending this company to anyone.
I'd rather make everyone aware what they can expect.

I put a negative review with 5 stars by accident and it show up straight away.
When I put the same review with 1 star, it disappeared.

Great delivery time

New to gaming on PC but wanted to move to it for a while. Got it and love it to point I'm addicted. Great PC for a reasonable price

Ordered my son a gaming pc from yourselves for his Christmas and on Christmas morning we found there was no keyboard but we got one boxing day went home to start it up and now we find the monitor is damaged witch has spoiled my son Christmas as this was his main present

Good offer on a keyboard / mouse combo. Shipment got delayed for a few days, but good customer service found a solution to solve the issue.

Thank you so much for the great pc your company put together for my son, he is over the moon, looks 10/10, runs 10/10, was easy for my son to put together and start up. Happy lad, happy mum 😁
Made our Christmas

great service so far purchased gaming pc delivered within a week or so of ordering well packed and secured in box works a treat very quick indeed
have few minor teething probs but they can be sorted out software only could do with a bit more info with pc on software with shipment the only info was with the pc upon arrival was the pc windows licensee code and info how to activate it which i think is a-bit poor really on how much i spent on the pc only to receive a leaflet stating how to activate windows on the pc that was it nothing else at all no info on how to
use or what software to download in order to have pc working as it should ok other than that no problems

Bought as a gift, great service from start to finish. Highly recommend awgaming 👍

Ordered on the 27th November and delivery came on the 13th but only got the hard drive, no monitor or keyboard. I contacted customer service on the Thursday and they apologised and said it will come Monday or Tuesday and will get a message from DHL. Still waiting for a delivery message or someone to contact me back. Going to have one unhappy child. Update someone got in contact and hopefully should be delivered in the next day or two. Hopefully I will have one happy boy at Christmas

Good overall experience, great customer service response within 24hr. I went for the gaming bundle and upgraded to the rtx 3060 graphics card which exceeded all expectations. Would recommend to anyone getting into gaming or streaming like myself.

Brilliant communication from AW gaming.

Bought a 7-1 package and they was at hand to answer all my questions, from the moment I ordered and untill delivery and even after.
Order placed 25th Nov and got delivered 7th Dec but that was due too DHL but all came when expected.

I was a bit sceptical at first when ordering as ive never heard about them/company before but they made me at ease in everything.
My son will be over the moon when he sees it on Xmas day.
I cannot recommend them enough.

I bought the PC May this year. Recently the thing has taken to switching off and restarting randomly. I tried resetting it and was ok for a few hours. Today it started its nonsense switched itself off and wouldnt go any further than the load screen. Very very disappointed. I will take it to be looked at at a local repairer but suspect Ill be buying a new one but not from AW
