Being trying to register with Awin for several weeks, registration form always shows an error in first step. Tried:
Sent 2 emails to support as they suggest.
Called 2 times by phone, no answer with 2 different departments.
Tried contact form in another of their affiliates pages.

I dont understand how a company can work so bad and still make money.

Update: After contact by email 10 days ago with screenshots and detailed steps of my problem, answer is to read FAQ, they dont even read your email that you invested your time explaining problem they have in their registration screen.. worst support I have ever have.

0 star I wanted to give...this platform has only bots and scammers, nobody is doing something right, the 1st month I got more than 20000 viewers from awin, but all of them are bots! And than 2 publishers told me they will help to make sales but the truth is, I made sales from my social media or my old costumers and they got money, by each single sale!Every day I got invitations from coupons publisher who make fake coupons feature... Really nice trick to make money...Be aware...There are other better platforms for private affiliates, like goaff, even no cost...

Was a merchant for 2 years to just get my business listed on the big cashback sites. Signup was a little long winded but once up and running had the cashback companies apply and list us. Platform was good, lots of detailed reports, there is a level of complexity there, but to be honest didn’t really use most of it as I had narrow requirements. I am sure there is plenty of scope to really dive into it but I had the big websites join and promote my business so that was all I needed. The only downside was the platform fees which we couldn’t justify in the end just to work with a handful of websites making us sales. The few times we had to contact support they resolved it quickly. Little in-personal and felt small fish in a massive pond even though the money we were spending was a lot for our small business but that’s understandable I guess. Good company to deal with overall

I can only comment on PPC but Awin is useless in this regard. It's unclear whether this is due to tracking or GDPR regulations but having tried numerous advertiser's over numerous campaigns, finding a profitable campaign is like finding a needle in a haystack. When I first joined Awin 5+ yrs ago almost all campaigns showed sales within a few clicks (profitable or otherwise) so it was very easy to filter the wheat from the chaff, but these days just feels like a lottery. Very few sales track and when they do they seldom cover costs. For now I have stopped running ads for Awin as PPC is not profitable. As mentioned this isn't a slur on Awin as the lack of tracking could be due to the cookies and GDPR but paying for ads isn't a worthwhile venture on this platform.

Great customer care, they always answer everytime we hace a question. Their formation options are a really great way to understand how the platform works and how to improve performance.

So far we've had great experience with AWIN, really easy to work with, also so many opportunities to grow your business. Totally would recommend, especially compared to other competitors in the business.

One of the more complete platforms as far as statistics go. Have been using it since 2019 and it has consistently worked well.

I don't know what is the problem with Awin for lots of users here. I am using Awin for a period of time now and I never issued any problems. I had my first payment and Awin sent it straight to my bank account. I tried other affiliate platforms but in my own opinion, Awin is by far the easiest to use.

I love the use of Awin being a publisher. Good overview of countries and programs I use. You can make affiliate links in a few seconds. The dashboard gives clear insights into my results. Overall, friendly and easy to use.

The AWIN platform is one of the most 'together' offerings for both merchants and publishers. The technology platform has a manageable learning curve and there is extensive use of language that most can understand. Not perfect but much better than the rest.

I am really happy with Awin, they have some great programs to join and the site is easy to navigate. I've been with them for a few years and I have earnt a fair amount of money. I get approached by new programs all the time and I can choose who I wish to promote. I find making my own links really easy and there are lots of tutorials to guide you through.

I'm disappointed with this service. We have not received our commission payment of $458,757.82 for an extended period through AWIN, and there has been no explanation given for the delay.
Despite multiple attempts to follow up with the Support Team, we have not received any response or update on the status of our payment.
Don’t recommend this platform at all.

They home page says they have 270,000 publishers (or 241,000 they contadict themselves 2 lines below the hero image)

Don't trust them.When you get into the system, which is overly complicated then you find by a full search worldwide there is only 110,000 publishers, of which 2/3 out of 10 are dead links and usesless.

Don't waste your time with AWIN or Tradedoubler/Grow - they say 180,000 publishers, in truth its 3,300 UK, and 11,000 worldwide

These "businesses" should be reported for blatant lies and deception!

Awin are leading in the affiliate marketing industry and are very reliable to use. The past 2 years working with Awin has been very easy going for our business. With navigating through their dashboard, work through our reporting on their site and communicate with their members of staff and their account managers. They are attentive and always willing to go above and beyond which we really appreciate.

Ok so if anyone newly joined or willing to join this dreadful platform, let me narrate for you the scenario that exactly happened with me, I have joined this platform 5 months ago because the advertiser I have been working with for over than 2 years but seems to be unfortunate that they decided to migrate to AWIN, so once you join them they ask you for proofs of authenticity of the website and everything, and everything seems cool, and then I have worked with them for 3 months until the payment clearance date.

Exactly on the payment date after the advertiser already paid them, they froze the payments and kept investigating in our identity and authenticity of every single matter even though this should have been done earlier, and they taken 2 months in this process without any sense of professionalism or care that they are ruining somebody's business but we've sent every single tiny detail they asked for.

what happened next?
They thanked us for the info and then in the second email they locked our account without any apparent reason or proof and I cannot even know what exactly happened, and when I asked they just coldly replied that this is just not discussable, they are not even discussing stealing money, time and effort.

So simply 2 years with the same advertiser on a different platform without a single problem, 3 months with AWIN was a disaster, massively disappointing experience I passed through.

so for any newly joiners if you are not willing to live the same scenario, think twice before joining them.

I am absolutely livid with the Awin program and I strongly advise against using it. I have personally lost a staggering More then £3000 and I wouldn't trust them with a penny more. If the advertisers are paying Awin, then why aren't they paying their affiliates?

Their compliance team is an utter disgrace and they clearly have no sense of professionalism. The program is designed to steal your money and their global partner compliance team (global-partnercompliance awin.com) is complicit in this robbery. They force you to submit your identity card for verification and then play a game of theft when it comes to your approved commission.

They demand unnecessary proof of traffic and website ownership, even though you have already provided this information during the application process. It's a despicable way of conducting business and it's clear that they are only interested in lining their own pockets. They prey on individuals who start websites and do everything in their power to eat up all your commission.

I am at a complete loss for words and extremely upset by the whole experience. I am now left wondering what I can do to recoup my losses. How could anyone do this to another person? It's beyond comprehension. My advice is to stay well away from Awin and avoid them like the plague.
