Set the record straight about AWNA

I am writing this review in response to several negative reviews that I came across on AWNA website. Gary and the team represented me in 2013 when I was removed from my long term position to a lesser paying job based on false allegations. They were great from day one - honest, helpful and gave me confidence when it was stated to me that the fim did not take on cases with no merit or with little chance of success. Gary is an expert in his field, is down to earth and keeps you informed. That firm is not primarily about money they are justice finders.
The paralegals were good to deal with and know their stuff. If faith can move mountains so can AWNA. If you're looking for justice give them a try. I don't want to wait until I go to heaven for justice and redemption, what about you?
Thanks
Rosemary

AWNA Left Me On My Own

AWNA Left Me On My Own

During my initial consultation, I was completely transparent with A Whole New Approach’s agent, Sara Kandil, in stating that I was an independent contractor, not an employee. I specifically asked whether the firm could assist in my situation. Sara requested my contract and payment records from the scheme I was registered with, which I promptly provided. After reviewing all the documentation and asking several follow-up questions, she assured me I had grounds for an unfair dismissal claim. Bob Guru, the senior officer, had also reviewed and signed off on the claim.

I proceeded in good faith, relying on their expertise and guidance. However, following the conciliation process, I was informed by Bob Guru, who had represented me during the session that the firm would not be continuing with my matter through to the hearing stage. I was told this decision was made because I declined the Respondent’s offer of $5,000, a figure I considered inadequate, given that I had been suspended for 8 weeks and had experienced significant emotional, mental, and financial distress.

It was never made clear to me that declining an offer during the conciliation would result in their firm withdrawing from my case leaving me on my own to go through the hearing process. This lack of transparency has added further stress to an already challenging situation.

In hindsight, I would urge others to carefully consider whether A Whole New Approach is the right firm for support, as my experience has left me feeling unsupported at a critical stage when I needed guidance the most.

I keep coming back to them

I have used them and I very happy that I did.
I am getting a new job now and I needed to make sure, that nothing from my previous employment agreement would hold me back to do my new job without any limitations. This is because it's a sales representative job.
I've sent all the documents from my previous and new job to Bob and boy, he delivers.
I've got crystal clear answer, "Igor you a clear to do your new job, just be careful with this and that clause in new employment agreement"
He explained me everything in an email which he sent shortly after I've sent him my questions with documents.
Just spot on 100%
Thanks again Bob and whole team of AWNA.

With best regards
Igor

I had a frustrating experience with…

I had a frustrating experience with AWNA.com.au. The service was not as advertised, and communication was lacking throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I found their customer support unhelpful and slow to respond.

Additionally, the product/service did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and reliability. Given my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend AWNA to others.
