Terrible software.

Terrible software.

Worse user interface known to men, basic things. like transferring a call always end up with giving up and asking the colleague to callback. None of the simple requested features implemented.
Software is frustrating and does not work. Attempts to transfer works as design except the recipient does not get a call, so I always end up with a customer on hold, and on the voicemail of the agent I want to transfer to, while the agent in question does not receive anything.

The fact you can't even see the previous call number to callback if the line drops sounds like we are back to the stone edge. Ridiculous.

Attempts to provide feedback directly or to get things fixed require some corporate gymnastic I have no time for.

UPDATE - We were promessed tsome improvements, it is still completely unusable.

Every call ends up being cut after 15 minute trying to transfer or merge the call. You end up talking to muted colleagues who cant hear you, then the next button start blasting music at crazy volume, and you end up having to force quit your browser to end a call.
This is a complete joke, whoever is designing the buttons on the app never used a normal phone and does not know hw to place the features in the UI to be intuitive Simple tasks like call transfer are just impossible. Complete waste of time.

Do not trust AWS

Do not trust AWS
LightSail one of the bad product.
Route 53 is also not as good as you think.
EC2 is another scam to grab money.
Business support is also money taking machine but you never get service just wasting time waiting to get it.

Better to check other small companies with better solutions and they do not lie and give you support.
Over all AWS is for corporates those have lot resources.

Customer support is fantastic

Customer support is fantastic. Helpful and the billing department is willing to work with you to reduce charges in certain cases. It's great that they take the time to investigate the situation and treat the customer fairly with some grace.

Horrible inflexible billing

Horrible inflexible billing. Trying to pay upfront by credit card for S3 storage is impossible. So if you deal with customers who use a service like Coupa to pay for contractors testing costs in AWS it will not work. Spoke to first level support and was told they cannot help. I said fine, please escalate to management and was put on hold 30 mins then told the management will not hear my complaint.

Appalling service

Appalling service, serious key business account issues, and no means of contact. We complete forms and get slow meaningless responses. Problem has been going on for 7 days and NO SUPPORT. AWS is unfit for purpose and moving all services to Google. Would never use AWS again.

Amazon Webservices are disgusting.

Amazon Webservices are disgusting.
I requested to close the account in Sepetmber 2023.
They suspended my account so i cant close it. YET they bill me each month. I feel its a scam method for them to make more money without me trying again to cancel the account.

I was also scammed

I was also scammed, After I paid $27 they suspended my account , requiring me to upload my sensitive document to their website. I do not get the reason , you need to pay back my money I do not need to do anything with you .... This is typical scam, When you start , they never will tell you , how much is gonna cost , you will be asked to add your bank card number, and start the free trial. After very few days, I got bill, I needed to pay one dollar, I thought that was enough.. then after few days again, they ask me to pay 27 dollar, monthly payment . then they suspended my account , requiring me to upload my passport and other sensitive information , if not my account will be deleted in 15th january for who you are do you think I should trust you? I was required by facebook to create account on your website for my ads to work better. I thought it was free, then the payments are surprisingly increasing everyday . So you corporate with facebook to do this scam job? get better life , I say to you , refund all my money , I do not need to have account with you

I am outraged by this company

I am outraged by this company. I keep getting charged $9 plus a month for services that I don't use. I believe that years ago, I signed up for what I thought was a free service, perhaps I inadvertently committed to some future commitment in so doing. But I am also sure that when they were billing me before, I had the billing cancelled and got reimbursed and explained that I am not and have no intention to use their paid service. Now I find that I am being billed again. I would not even be upset by that, if it was a billing mistake. But when I try to contact customer service, I just get some complex runaround and I very highly suspect that that complex runaround is an intentional effort to stop people like me from handling such billings. I don't even know how long they've been billing me again. since last I had to deal with them. I see others have had a similar problem and eventually get reimbursed for 1 year, even though unwillingly being billed for a longer period. Well, I want to be reimbursed for everything they have billed me for. as a matter of principle, because I have not authorized any of these payments. By the way, almost all the reviews I have written over the past years for different companies have been 5 Star. It's not easy to get me upset with a company to the point where I write a bad review.
