I've been trying to get a refund from this company for weeks and they keep telling me the same bull. They charged me an additional $ 60 and lied and said I signed up for something I know nothing about and I sent proof of my order and there overcharges. Don't buy anything from this company they'll take your money.

Never received order. When I tried tracking the site couldn't be found. Tried emailing to the address on variation and came back address not found. This is a scam!

Great looking products. Easy to order and provide payment. The problem is they do not send the product, nor do they have any method to contact anyone to ask. By the time you know that you are not getting the product you ordered, the money has been taken out of your account for payment. This may be called a SCAM, not sure but we paid and did not receive the product.

I ordered the relief Koala and it was supposed to be $10. They charged me more than $40. When I got the Koala, it didn’t work. I sent an email telling the company that it didn’t work. I got a reply email saying they would contact me within 72 hours. It’s been 9 days. Nothing.

This company charged my bank account the wrong amount for my first order..then turned around and got me again for a larger amount the next paycheck. I did NOT REORDER! Have filed three complaints with them ...all the while they say they will be in touch within 48 hrs ...THIS IS A LIE! just received bears and they do not work? ..so guess I'm out of luck and hopefully don't have to shut my bank account down and start a new one...

Nothing arrived, I can't contact anyone as the phone number is fake, Buyer be ware, don't buy order from this website

I ordered 6 of these cute stuffies 5 have worked so far the 6th stopped breathing the first night my granddaughter held it! The web site states lifetime warranty, that would be great if you can get someone to answer the 3 requests for replacement I have sent out! There is an automated response sent out and that’s it. No phone numbers to call, no place to enter a review and bash them for the poor customer service they have, and my credit was compromised for $161.00USD to a website called “Chiccomfortcraze.com” selling women’s foundation garments! I am 69 year old male grandparent, and last time I checked I don’t wear foundation undergarments. So anyone who reads this review beware THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! You will be wasting your money!

Scammed, taken money, can not contact the company then 10 days later took double money with out concent.

I placed an order with this company and paid for it. I then saw there was one letter wrong on the email address and I have been emailing them with a copy of the order and the incorrect and correct email address they have not responded to any emails. Looking on their website they state they will not refund or cancel any orders for any reason which makes me feel like this is a possible FAKE company. To add to me thinking this is not legit I have been charged again today by this company but I never purchased anything.
