AXA Non-Assistance

why would you leave a customer with no heating and hot water for 3 days then over the weekend. Very poor service. Never again.

Update - day 11 no heating. And hot water no call back.

Having seen the other réponses on here…

Having seen the other réponses on here I may just aswell write directly to Francesca.
My husband broke down at 9 am this morning ( 10.09.2024 ) on a motorway in Germany . It is now 7pm and although his motorbike was recovered by about 2pm he has been waiting ever since. He has just booked into and paid for an hôtel himself because it was easier and they will " refund him " We still have no idea how or when he will be repatriated to France, or his motorbike .
I had a very similar incidence when I travelled to England in April. I thought it was just bad luck but from reading their ratings I can see that it will be necessary for me to change my insurers at the end of this month when my renewal is due .

abandoned & ignored

abandoned five days ago following a breakdown. They probably think I'm still there - they haven't responded to any messages or telephone calls - other than a constant - 'someone will call you back with arrangements shortly'. I asked a customer assistance yesterday - ' where do you think I am' - the answer a town an hour away from my breakdown. By this point I'd hired myself a car and driven home .Only so many days you can livre on a forecourt
