Keys don't work, poor service

By accident ordered two identical replacement keys for an Axa Defender lock. Notified the company straight away to cancel the second order. This request was denied. In the mean time, the first key arrived and did not work at all. In fact, it broke the lock in a locked position, so I had to get the lock removed from my bike with an angle grinder. Now I have spend £30 on two keys, £10 on removing the lock, and I can no longer lock my bike.

I ordered replacement keys for my bike…

I ordered replacement keys for my bike lock. They said it would take a month. Three months later, still no keys. They said they would resend with a "track & trace" but did not tell me how to track the delivery.
DO NOT USE THEM! FIND A LOCAL LOCKSMITH!

Trustworthy but unapologetic company. Much room for improvement

POSITIVE ASPECTS:
• Reliable and responsive commmunication.
• Great that a replica key can be ordered using just the reference number written on broken / lost key.
• Axa locking mechanisms extremely robust and durable overall.

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:
• 25 days to arrive, NL to UK.
• Uncompetitive pricing at 13 Euro per key
• Staff communicative but unapologetic. [My guess was that, although based in Amsterdam, they might be reliant on shipping from somewhere else such as China.]

LESSON LEARNED:
Don't wait for key to break or be lost! Order a spare now and keep it safe.

They charge you 12 euro for a key!!!!!

They charge you 12 euro for a key!!!!!, yes you read well, 12 euro for a piece of metal!!!
And they take 3 weeks to deliver from the Nederlands to Denmark!!!
Omg.... next time I buy a lock for my bike, I will definitely delete Axa from the list of suppliers.
