Engaged in an ITIL project I was hoping…

Engaged in an ITIL project I was hoping to find valuable content about ITIL V4 - I have subscribed to the service to find out there are books I can by which richer/more complete content available. I was particularly surprised by the status of the practice guides ...

I have tried cancelling my subscription but on the website the cancel button is not working. I have opened a case with customer support with no reaction

And in the meantime another transaction was charged to my credit card.

No value....just continuous professional serfdom

Add no value....its merely a tax that they've hiked up ridiculously to line their pockets for exams you've passed and already paid for. Neither PeopleCert nor MyAxelos systems work (same company) and since the never ending drama began you get stuck with the websites constantly rejecting legitimate passwords. Subscription rose from £50 Inc VAT to £118 Inc VAT in just 12 months. Now my subscription isn't due till August and they are taking it from my bank whilst showing an error message online I can't unsubscribe or remove my details due to systems issues with the merger. Avoid like the plague.

no promised free membership

no promised free membership, no badge.
After completing MSP and PRINCE2 exams I was promised a month of membership per exam. I have had multiple errors which I have reported to support. I have been ignored for 18 days. Certain they are awaiting the free period to end before contacting me to say that I can no longer get access to a free month.
Very disappointing.

Subscription renewed without consent

My subscription with them was renewed without my consent. I had attempted to remove my card details, but their platform/website was unstable. When I reached out to them about cancelling and refunding because I didn't need it anymore, they insisted I have to keep the subscription. However, I do not need it. Instead, they referred me to some crappy FAQs. They are not customer-centric and are about getting your money in their coffer and nothing else.

I wish I had checked them out on Trustpilot last year!

Seems to have illegal Scam behaviour

Seems to have illegal Scam behaviour. I made a ITIL certification at another ITIL cert. Company which I guess work with Axelos.
I got my certification. Axelos sended me an invitation for a free trial month for their subscription. I never agreed for this ( so getting in touch with me on any way) neither I accepted this offer. Now I got an email my free trial subscription would end soon will be automatically continued for 99 pound/year.
Further more I changed my email adress after my certification it seems Axelos got instantly this information also without my consent.

For this behaviour I see Axelos as Scam Company.

AXELOS forgot best practices

They orignially issued my ITIL Cert with N/A as the expiration date in 2020 and when i downloaded a new copy in November 2022 it still had N/A then. They go and change there model and now it has that on July 2023 it expired and force you to pay a subscrition to renew it. I paid the subscription and the website is so bad I cant even log in to try to renew my cert. This cert and credibity of AXELOS is worthless now that PeopleCert bought them. PeopleCert has no idea what best practices are.

terrible website and service

When they changed over they lost my badge and wouldn't update the system after several emails explaining the situation to people that obviously don't know the system. Then after I could prove I had completed the 20 CPD points it appeared again. Now I can't seem to log on, so I went to change my password and after resetting an error message comes up saying they cannot complete the request at this time. Also, they put their prices up to £99 a year.....for what!

Charged twice for my "MyAxelos…

Charged twice for my "MyAxelos Subscription" in less than 10 days, once on 29th April and again on 8th May. Axelos are unreachable via phone so urgent queries are not responded to urgently but when I eventually received a response, Axelos informed me that there are two accounts under the same email address, which is clearly due to an error with their system, and refused to refund me. I’m absolutely disgusted and now feel very uncomfortable pursuing further qualifications with Axelos.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever…

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with; a complete scam!! Unless you continue lining there pockets you don’t get your digital badge that you have earned forking out thousands for the qualification! Absolute disgraceful practice! Do yourself a favour and use the PMI PMBOK instead.

English testing exam not the industry skills

Irony is that they conduct ITIL4 exam and do not follow industry practice through peoplecert. They are too slow to publish result that they take 5 days instead of 2 days SLA given on website. They violate all best practice regarding service desk. They are so backward that dont even issue a digital badge. They charge 500$ for exam which is more like English Aptitude Test rather than knowledge test. The dont have scenario based question to assess your skills. Axelos and Peoplecert are minting money for a certification. Try to avoid Axelos and choose some other certification.

PeopleCert solved very quickly and…

PeopleCert solved very quickly and efficiently my issues about membership on Axelos. I passed the exam PRINCE2 Foundation, and after two business days, I received my certification. The customer services are friendly and helpful. My overall experience with Peoplecert is fantastic. Don't worry about other comments about bad experiences. Just trust in yourself through authentic experiences. Thank you, guys, again. You all did a great job.

New platform and records lost

I've been paying a subscription to Axelos for a number of years and by adding CPD points as a result of various professional activities and training to maintain my PRINCE2 practitioner status as well as continue my professional development as a Project Manager. Since however Axelos migrated to a new platform I have lost all my badges and I cannot see my PRINCE2 practitioner status. Indeed, this is very worrying. I have contracted Axelos and I've been told via a ticket being handled by PeopleCert that it is being looked into. It's been over 1 month and this is still not resolved. In addition I've now been asked by Axelos to pay my subscription. This is simply not good enough. Please someone look into this as I have no idea what is going on.

THIRD CLASS NEW WEBSITE BY AXELOS

This review is entirely for the Axelos new website.
Candidate ID# 9980051608495796
The new website is absolutely third class and not user friendly. I am sorry to say but I do not know which idi*t had the idea to develop such piece of crap.

Problems faced by me:
I cannot visualise how many CPDs that I have already entered. My login is showing me that I have only entered 1 CPD (That I entered today) for the current year but I have already completed all the 20 CPDs for the current year where my subscription is expiring on 06.07.2022.

I cannot edit the save as draft CPDs as the option is not available.
I cannot delete the already entered CPDs as the option is not available.
Today even the CPD add button is missing

The list of already entered CPDs are not available.
The UX is drastically bad as the site seems to be a marketing website rather than a certification organization.
I even see my Prince2 Practitioner expiration date is 04/2025 which is absolutely incorrect. It should be 07/2025. Has Axelos stared che*ating the candidates???
I sent several mails to Axelos but those idi*ts do not even bother to reply.

The online learning packages are good

The online learning packages are pretty good. However, whilst I passed my Practitioner exam I really dont think the materials helped much at all, nor did the mock tests. They were some distance away from the complexity of the exam. Also I have tried to get in touch with them several times about my digital badge and they never come back to me. They are more interested in trying to sell you other courses/subscriptions
