December I went on my first ever retreat in Bali. Axel’s Quantum Leap Retreat and I honestly don’t even know how to put into words what it did to me.

I found Axel because my sister sent him to me. He survived cancer when he was told he only had five days left… and now he’s one of the strongest personal brands and survivors out there. The second I saw him, I felt something in my chest like… I get you. I wrote him, he replied, and then I saw he was hosting a retreat in Bali and I just knew I had to go.

And thank God I did.

Because being there, surrounded by people who were like-minded… people who see you… it was one of the best experiences of my life. It was one of those moments where you realise: you’ve been carrying so much for so long, you didn’t even notice how heavy it was.

And in that retreat, I had a moment where I truly, deeply understood that I can be proud of myself. Like really proud. Not just “yeah I’ve been through a lot.” But proud of how I kept going, how I survived, how I built a life after everything I’ve lived through and the trauma I carry.

Axel said something to me that stayed in my soul.

He said:
“Nicole… you can stop running. You don’t have to survive anymore. You don’t have to work, work, work and function. You already made it. You’re healthy now. You can stand still. You can breathe. You can chill.”

And that hit me in a way I didn’t expect. Because I’ve been in survival mode for so long that resting feels… unfamiliar. But it opened my eyes. And I’m still learning it — but I’m learning.

We also learned so much about personal branding, purpose, what we actually want out of life… and for the first time in a long time I felt like I could finally breathe again. I feel a thousand times better since then. More grounded. More clear. More me.

Do I still compare sometimes? Yes. But not like before. Not even close.

This retreat didn’t just “inspire” me.
It reminded me that I don’t have to prove anything anymore.

I’m allowed to be proud of myself.
And I’m enough just like that. 🤍

The retreat was on another level, came without any expectations and brought back to home heart full of love, head full of ideas and action plans and made a lot of new friends that motivates me and brings out the best of me! Wow I cannot describe with words how special the Quantum Leap Lab experience with Axel and all other participants was. The villa and location was stunning and beyond any normal villa or location for personal growth. We had so much fun, deep talks in between and a gorgeous ceremony with a Balinese priest!
But coming to Axels work: he was very direct and honest with us, gave us time for feedback, to share and reflect plus implementation steps. I feel extremely confident in building and promoting my offers now. I opened my mind to even easier and faster solutions than I had in mind before. And the accountability after the experience will be worth so much I already know. So I cannot wait to see all of us succeed with the vision we brought and clarified in this journey together! And already seeing all of us change so much in only 6 days is beyond what I thought is possible in such a short time. We also grew together so much as a small community that I can’t wait to meet these beautiful souls outside Axels offers and also in new gatherings and containers in the future 🥰🙏🏼

The retreat I attended was about three months ago, and I still think about that special week often.
Axel, Sonja, and Franz created a space in which the whole group felt safe to open up and share from the heart from the very beginning. When faced with logistical challenges, they adapted very quickly to make the experience enjoyable for every single person in the group. The retreat location in Tuscany was beautiful, and I can highly recommend attending a Fire Within retreat to anyone who is open to learning, growing, and connecting.

My Heart is full. The Tuscany Retreat at Borgo San Pecoraio had been my 3. Retreat with Axel and his amazing Team and i am again full of growth, inner reflections, new friendships and clarity for my future path.🌱

I attended with my partner and we had no expectations. It was our first retreat ever and it was just wow. The whole team created the most amazing 4 days. Axel, Sonja and Franz created really magical space for us to grow & expand. As a couple we found out so much about each other and it personally helped me so much to see challenges from a different perspective and it helped with my confidence in business. The Fire Within Retreat in Austria was one of the most unique and transformative experiences I've ever had. Axel and his team were the kindest and they really held a safe space for all the participants. The activities were life-changing, the hotel was beautiful and the surrounding nature astonishing. The atmosphere was loving and caring throughout the whole retreat. We left with an incredible community to support us and motivate us in our personal journeys back home. I loved every single minute of it. Thank you so much, from my heart to yours!

None of my expectations, hopes, or wishes could have prepared me for just how incredible this retreat in the Austrian Alps turned out to be. The depth of the work we did was truly transformative—guided by an unbelievable team who organized, supported, and held space with such skill and heart. The group of people who attended were just as inspiring, creating a sense of connection and community that felt rare and powerful.

The program was exciting and thoughtfully crafted, set in a location with absolutely breathtaking views. And the food? Easily some of the tastiest and most nourishing meals I’ve ever had on any retreat.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this retreat but it ended up being one of the most meaningful weeks I’ve had in a long time. It wasn’t your typical business retreat. The depth of connection, the vulnerability, the realness… it opened something up in me and shifted the way I show up in my work.

What stood out the most was how safe and open the space felt. We went deep, but we also laughed, played, danced, and shared so much joy. That combination of depth and lightness was so powerful.

Best Retreat I ever visited!

It`s not only Axels mastermind I`m joining, 2 weeks ago I joined his retreat and this was pure magic!

It wasn't just about business growth – it was about heart expansion, soul alignment, and building genuine, lasting connections with incredible people.

We laughed, cried, danced, and grew together. The energy in this space was beyond words – so warm, so real, and so powerful.
It felt like coming home to myself – in the most unexpected, beautiful way.

The plant-based food? Absolutely divine. You could taste the love and intention in every bite. What an amazing Team!

The retreat wasn’t just about my business, it was deeply transformational! Axel created such a safe and powerful space for honest conversations, growth, and connection. You can tell that he truely wants to help his clients and figure out a way for them to succeed. The 1:1 session was spot on and the last spark I needed!
What else?! Tims Gene Keys session and Louise social media insights were spot on and super valuable and one of my absolute highlights was the guest coach Free from Freestyle Vipassana. His presence, wisdom, and unique energy left a lasting impact on me.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone looking to grow themselves and their business!

On top of all that, the group itself was simply incredible. 💫 I’ve rarely experienced such a deep, honest, and supportive connection with so many people in such a short amount of time. Time really became a strange concept. We shared so openly, held space for each other, and created a level of trust that made it feel safe to be completely ourselves. I truly cherish the friendships and connections that were formed. Some of them already feel like they’ll last a lifetime. 🤍
Oh, and let’s not forget: the food was absolutely incredible, and the activities were so much fun. I mean: PADEEEL! 🙌🏼🥳

It’s hard to put into words what this week meant to me.
Not only did I gain clarity about how I want to move forward on my path, but I also got to know myself on a much deeper level.

The workshops were incredibly valuable — thoughtfully structured and beautifully aligned. The transformational 1:1 support rounded everything off perfectly.
