Just wanted to take the time to think Axeon Optics for working with me on correcting an issue I had with my red dot scope. After contacting them and explaining my issue they went right to work on making sure that things was taking care of and that was a huge plus. The day I received my reflex optic I zero it on my AR and hit my target everytime. I’m very pleased with it Thank You I would most definitely recommend anyone looking for a affordable optic to buy from Axeon.

After filling out my personal information I waited for my confirmation email and my last name was wrong and my address was wrong. Luckily my relative lived at that address and I was able to get my items. I tried hundreds of times to contact your company day and night only to get an answering machine. I left so many messages and was never called back. I would not only never purchase anything from you again but I will tell everyone about this experience!

Good value optic. Only issue was the mounting screws were to long but easily fixed with a file.

Axeon optics provides quality and affordability which are generally not associated with each other however they broke the barrier on that one. I received my optic way sooner than expected , if you're looking for quality without spending a ton of money I would highly recommend axeon optics to anyone

great sight for the money mounted up to my savage mark 2 rifle works great

I purchased a light to mount on my Remington 870, which has an extended magazine. Upon receipt I noted a caution on the packaging advising "Do not use on extended magazine tubes", an important advisory not mentioned in the ordering information. Accordingly, I did not open the packaging and contacted Axeon/Umarex to obtain an address to return the light and to request a pre-paid mailing label. All I received in return was advice on how to return the light for warranty service, which the light does not require. I responded to that advising that I felt that Axeon/Umarex should pay for the return since an important material fact about the light was not posted so that I'd know not to order it. Their reply was similar to the first one, with the addition of advising me that I would have to pay the return shipping cost. If this is what they call "Customer Service" I'll take my business elsewhere.

Shipped fast and arrived in perfect shape. I have mounted it and seems to be very well built. It is great to see a company striving to market quality products that are affordable to the average enthusiast. I haven't had a chance to field test it it so I will update afterwards.

The scope does not work with my SOCOM M1A rifle even though NRA recommended it as a good scope to use with the rifle.

This is my second Axeon second zero, and I think everyone should have one. The first one, a 3 moa model, I have on a 22 rifle. It allows me to instantly go from 50 to 100 yards with amazing accuracy. Just recently bought the 11 moa model for a 6.5 Creedmoor. Zeroed the rifle at 100 yards and then found it was almost perfect for 530 yards with the second zero engaged. A great product and Axeon provided great service with quick shipping. Highly recommend.
