Horrible online service. I don’t recommend buying here.

I ordered a new screen protector in July, and now it’s September. Surprise: you have to complete a warranty form and constantly follow up just to get your replacement, because they don’t respect the five business day timeline.

Your phone seller will tell you it’s free, but then AXERC (or whatever) will charge you fees. Why can’t they be upfront and explain the whole process? Anyway, terrible service.

Cheap awful product.

Garbage. I bought a wireless charger from Telus for my iPhone and it’s already broken a month later. Telus won’t refund me so I reached out to the brand. I have received absolutely zero response for them so their customer service off the bat is garbage. I put in a warranty claim and they expect me to pay 10.50 for their garbage replacement. Awful company and Telus is just as bad.

Do not buy any axessorize products. Bought a phone case and screen protector and within a week both the screen protector broke and case started peeling. They wanted me to pay shipping costs for their shoddy products, i need to contact BBB this is outrageous, what warranty charges shipping costs! Freedom mobile provided their case and protector... complete garbage both items!!!

I purchased a screen protector for my phone, and after a few days of having it on I dropped my phone on my living room carpet and the screen protector popped right off, this is completely defeating the purpose of having a protector on my screen. What if it wasn't carpet and the screen ended up damaged? Do yourself a favor and don't risk damaging your phone by using this product. Go buy a product that actually works and use a company that doesn't charge you to warranty their items.
Their supposed warranty, they wanted to charge me $10.50 to ship out and replace their faulty product. So instead, I will be returning to the retailer where I bought it and purchasing a more reliable product that will protect my brand new phone. I have used other brands in the past that truly did save my phone by staying on when dropped.

Glass protector cracked in multiple places after purchase a little more than 2 weeks ago. This has never happened to any of my glass screen protectors before.
Wrote to the company but no response
