The meter quality is not good

The meter quality is not good. It get battery depleted after 2-3 years. However, the manufacture says 10 years+.
Moreover, the heat meters is having all the time some errors even though the meters are connected correct. But once in a while it sends errors like backflow, short-circuited temperature sensors....
Another thing is when you but a large quantity of heat meters you always have problems with getting the encryption keys.
Also, the meter can reset on it's own. For instance there could be that the meter starts counting from 0 after some years. For example the total value consumption starts from 0.
