There's a reason this company has a 2…
There's a reason this company has a 2 star rating so don't believe their responses. Stay as far away from this company as possible. There are all kinds of clauses they present to you in a contract after the sale that were never even touched upon by the dealership. Not once did the dealership mention a limits of liability clause that says they only have to pay out the maximum amount you paid for the vehicle over the lifetime of the contract.
The contract they refer to wasn't even signed by me so they can say whatever clause they want was in it even though nothing was ever signed.
The engine seized on my vehicle literally 2 months after buying it. The dealer I brought it to flat out said the fluids looked great and the car had just had an oil change. Yet they are still requiring $2000 tear down of the engine to make sure I somehow didn't sobatage my own car. The technician as well as their own adjuster said it was a wild goose chase.
So now I have a vehicle with a seized engine that will cost $12,000 to replace and unless I pay the $12,000 as well as the $2000 diagnostics fee I don't get nickel for the car even though there's $3500 left on my policy.
So I have a $14,500 loan on a car that doesn't run which includes $4000 for a warranty that is now useless.
I talked to their "head guy" Clayton who's a total jerk and has absolutely no empathy towards my situation at all. Then he tried to say I insulted him and abused him during my phone call which is a total lie. Not once did insult him or even raise my voice. The only thing I said to him was that he had zero empathy and asked him if he thought it was fair. He literally then said I had been abusing him the whole phone call.
Notice everyone on this page is calling them a "warranty" company but after they show themselves for who they are they remind you that dealership misleads people calling it that but it's actually a "service contract" which makes them feel better when they screw you over!
Cancel your contract now

I was defrauded when sold my Range…
I was defrauded when sold my Range Rover rim repair warranty. I was told I was given unlimited repairs during the 60 month period. Later, when I was making a repair they said it was limited to 8 repairs. I called Axiom and explained that they cannot grossly misrepresent their product in selling it and they did nothing. Do not use Axiom!
Worst warranty company I've ever had
Original Review: BBB 1.8 RATING
WORST COMPANY OUT THERE, DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Bought this very expense warranty for my Tesla model S. I've made two claims, one for $300 and one for $320. After paying for the repair and sending them the PAID receipts from TESLA they still make you jump through hoops for the measly $50 reimbursement. Wanting my bank account statements???? Like really, they're sending me $50 for a repair and they have the paid receipt FROM TESLA....SMH. Any excuse not to pay. Dragging payments out for weeks for minor things like a part number on a $5 clip, without any notification.....NO email, No call and No notification on the app. No info even on the app that is useful. DO NOT UNDERSTAND how this company is still in business. Cancel the policy???? yep, you can but you have to go back to the dealership that sold you the crap warranty to get them to sign and authorize the cancel. Unbelievable! This claim has not been resolved appropriately still to date. Original complaint and review can be seen on the better business bureau.
Good coverage
I’ve use this warranty several times for my travel home and they were easy to work with paying my shop directly
great warranty that is easy to use
Axiom car warranty garbage too
Axiom car warranty garbage too...refused to cover items at lease turn-in that were listed right in the contract. Crooks!

This company does not call you back or provide service
Rip off
I have been trying to get my AC serviced for almost 1 month despite having been charged service fee right away. I do not recommend this company. Total rip off
This company is the worst
This company is the worst. I called 3 weeks ago that my dryer has stopped tumbling. It took a week for them to get me a service company, after I called them. I called the service company, they don't work with them anymore. I would never have known that if I hadn't called them. So I emailed and called. Voice mail only, so I left a message. 2 days later called them again, spoke to someone who said "I'll send it right over to dispatch." Again no contact for 2 more days. Today I've called again and voice mail only. I will not renew my contract and tell everyone I know to never use them.
No hot water for 5 days
I called Axiom to say our hot water heater is pouring out water and no hot water. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes they finally answered.
Sent a plumber out to inspect it. The plumber sent in his report saying it needed to be replaced. Waiting for their OK to replace it. That was the last we ever heard from them. They never responded to our messages or the Plumber. We have now been without hot water for 5 days it is the weekend before Christmas and they are closed. Never use Axiom
This company is a SCAM!!!!
All good reviews are fake. This company is a complete scam. Told me they couldn’t find my account and to call back next day. I found my info right away on their website and oddly enough if I would have called back next day our coverage would have ended. They will trap you into saying certain things so they will not cover. Doesn’t seem they have ever covered a thing for anyone. 13 yr old water heater wasn’t allowed to have any rust even inside... not going to happen. Took 4 days to even get them to contact a servicing company! Family of 6, 4 small kids. Pay the extra for a legit company. AHW was great for our old home. This was supposed to be an incentive for our new home purchase 🙄 nothing but tons of stress and dealing with people who scam. Karma is all I have to say.
Axiom Home Warranty is terrible
This company is horrible. They took over a week to send out a plumber to fix toilet issues. This week they took forever to send someone out to fix my AC. I had to call someone on my own to come fix it. Now they will no longer service my AC but still charge me for AC coverage. I do not recommend this company at all. Any other company is better than this one.
Horrible Customer Service esp. for Emergencies
Our air conditioning unit went out yesterday sometime around 2-4 pm, in which a claim was filed shortly after. Listed in our contract it states that "loss of cooling" was considered an "emergency", and yet you cannot get into contact with any personal at Axiom to fix such emergency. We have been in contact with Traveler's Insurance, and First Home Warranty, both of which have call centers, representatives and services available 24/7 for such emergencies that happen outside of normal business hours. The high in Las Vegas was 105 and it is currently 87 degrees inside our home and continuing to rise internally even at 7:30 pm. We have 3 dogs and and 1 cat, all of which have higher body temps than humans and are subject to overheating faster. It is appalling to me that this company can classify something as an "emergency" yet not have any "emergency" services available. Imagine if ER's were only open M-F, 9-5pm. Not practical, helpful or reasonable in any way, shape or form because emergencies of all types can happen at any day or time. Even a lot of the AC companies here in Vegas are 24/7. It is now 13 hrs later and still nothing from the company and it is already 84 in our home at 6 am. This is the warranty that came with our home and once the contract is up after the first year we will be going to First American Home Warranty.
*Update going on 24 hrs since we filled the claim and with no AC still. We had to contact Axiom to find out anything because they did not contact us and they still won’t send a tech until tmrw despite many AC companies here being open 24/7. The women we spoke with at Axiom was rude and not knowledgeable.*
THIS COMPANY IS BORDERLINE CRIMINAL. AVOID.
As Gregorio A pointed out in his review, there are some 5-star sham reviews all written within a few days of each other, obviously by people tied to the company itself. Every other review will tell you what I am saying here: this company is what your worst nightmare of what a home warranty company could be.
We just bought a home, and the seller provided the home warranty for the first year, insisting on Axiom. Within the first week things went from bad to unbearable. Our AC went out in August, so our home felt like an oven. First off, just getting them on the phone is nothing short of a miracle. (Their hold line says you can leave a phone number and they will call you back. They will *not* call you back.)
It took us several excruciating days before we could even reach them. They sent out a technician who’d worked with Axiom before; he warned us how atrocious they were. He said the unit probably needed to be replaced, but they never would. He did some tests, wrote up repair/replacement suggestions, and even installed some of the items needed, because it was 95 degrees in our house and he was a decent human being.
The next day, Axiom said they couldn't work on the claim because they hadn't received the home inspection report they’d asked for, even though I'd sent it numerous times to the email address they gave me (even copying myself on it and having it arrive right away).
Long story short, not only did they refuse the suggestions of the AC technician (screwing those poor guys out of the money Axiom would owe them for the parts they installed), but in the end they unbelievably tried to claim that we don’t even have AC coverage on our policy! it boggles the mind! (As the woman at the AC company pointed out, if we didn't have AC coverage, they never would have sent a technician out in the first place!)
Of course, we do have AC coverage and we can prove that we have AC coverage, but these folks have no problem denying reality itself. I guess they’re assuming we won't go through the hassle of taking them to court. (I haven't yet decided if we will or not.) Regardless, as we are within our first 30 days of having the policy, I believe we’re still within our rights to cancel the contract, so that's what we intend to do.
I truly don’t know how people like this can sleep at night. My guess is that if you're reading this, you've probably been swindled by them, too. And I’m sorry about that.
5 star reviews are all from employees....
Looks like all the first reviews are all done from employees to make Axiom look good. What a coincidence that they all happen in a two day window and multiple on the same day, all 5-star. This is false, they will no pay for claims and will use any excuse to not pay, even if it does not make sense. I had my dryer start to malfunction, and decided to call Axiom before further and more expensive damage would happen. It turned out to be the pulley, and they claim that it is not a mechanical part, so they will not cover it. Also, they tried to deny at first because there was no washer and dryer in my inspection report - It was an empty house, and I brought the washer and dryer.
STAY AWAY! Do anything they can to deny claim
First time even trying to use our home warranty we had a terrible experience. I have no clue why the seller chose this company because they are terrible. Our realtor always uses First American which I heard they are great. Axiom tries to find anyway possible to deny your claim so that they don't have to pay, typical!!! They make you pay $65 for someone to come out so that they can just deny your claim.
Their customer service is terrible. Sophie who claimed she was a supervisor literally flip-flopped her story telling us it was one reason why she was denying it and when we said that is not even what is there then she said oh I made a mistake this is the reason. Then she started saying that they are denying our AC claim when the claim was for a water heater. I don't have a clue how she is an actual superior when she can't even get the story straight.
One of the most offensive things is that she accused us of insurance fraud!!!! We are hard working honest people and would never do something like that. This our first home where we spent years saving up and we were happy to hear that we had a warranty and then the first time we try to use it they tell us we are on our own. This is why insurance companies make so much profit! I would recommend going with a more honest and reputable company like First America.
This is the WORST company I’ve ever…
This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. I called them to have my garage door opener looked at (it was working when we moved in and then 2 months in it stopped). They got a great company to come out to inspect it. The gentleman said it needs to be replaced. In order to get an authorization number the technician had to speak with Axiom which asked him a series of questions about the diagnosis. Axioms response: do what you have to do to repair it rather than replace it. They even told the technician they could have someone bring their own garage door opener to him for replacement (that tells me they don’t like the price of replacement, don’t want to pay for it, and want to give me a cheap product to bandaid the issue). THIS IS HIGHLY UNETHICAL.
Once the gal didn’t get the answers she wanted from the technician, I got a call from axiom that they won’t replace the garage door opener. My home inspection says there is a noise with the garage door opener but it is in working order. The noise may need to be repaired later. Axiom decided to tell me that the noise means it’s failing and is now exempt from repairs and replacement..... WHAT? How does a noise mean it’s failing??? Lots of items in this world make noises. It doesn’t mean it’s failing.....
After all that they give me the speech: it’s company policy to not repair an item unless it was in working condition before hand. That’s exactly what it was: a working item when we moved in and 2 months later it broke down....
Needless to say DONT EVER do business with this company. They won’t do anything for you. Biggest waste of your time and money.
I would not have thought about Axiom…
I would not have thought about Axiom for pest control, but, when we got our warranty there, we found that they offer that too. In addition to repairs, this service is a must for my home. I will be a customer here for a long time.
If you have little ones
If you have little ones, you know what it is like when they flush everything! This stopped up one of our two toilets and there are a big family. Axiom sent over a plumber who did a fantastic job. We are back to two now, thanks to my warranty.
