AXIS Bank NRI Divn / Customer…

AXIS Bank NRI Divn / Customer Service...Dil Se Open ./......is actually SHUT for any way ahead..... NON Committal & NOT Helpful Services Division.

I just wish Citi would take the NRI banking back.... these folks are not right.

I am very disappointed with Axis Bank

I am very disappointed with Axis Bank. I don’t even have a debit card, but every year the bank keeps deducting money for “card charges.” This month they deducted **₹800** without any reason. There is also **no proper contact number** to reach the branch or get support. Very poor service and absolutely no transparency. I really expect the bank to fix these issues and stop unnecessary charges.

We have an account with Axis Bank in…

We have an account with Axis Bank in Chambers Mall . The staff is super friendly very helpful . They even come to your house . Also they helped me transfer funds to USA .
I would definitely stay connected with this branch for future services .
Branch head , Mr mishra , Debolina and Foreign exchange head Mr Sankhabrata we re very helpful .

One person approached to me for home…

One person approached to me for home loan.After doing all the hectic process and documentation and paying all the charges around 2300.THey stopped picking up the call.Also they made me open a savings bank account blocking 25K rupees in it. Ultimately to get status i had to approach the bank and they said loan got rejected.SO i asked them to close my savings bank account and they are saying you can not close it before one year.So pathetic servive.I had very bad experience in Credit card also.I wont suggest Axis bank to people.

Third Class Bank

Third Class Bank. They treat customers as if they have a monopoly and never accept their mistake. My account was migrated from a multinational bank to Axis Bank. As an Acquiring Bank it was their duty to obtain my KYC records from Transferor Bank but put a blame on me saying - "Required documents have not been submitted".

False commitment : Deeply disappointed by Axis Bank

I am writing to formally submitting my experience with Axis Bank a deeply disappointing and misleading experience at Branch Sector- 37D, Gurugram-122006, Haryana.
This experience has left me feeling cheated and misled. I invested my time, effort, and trust in Axis Bank based on a promise that was clearly not honored. Such practices not only damage customer confidence but also reflect poorly on the integrity of Axis Bank name.

Sequence of incidences :

1 02nd Aug'25 I checked with the Axis Bank Sales Representative (Reema Rai @ 8766212615) about a Large Locker availability who assured me that a large locker will be available at the branch in one months time.
2 22nd Aug'25 She confirmed to me that new Almiras are coming & She can book a large locker for me subject to account opening with Branch.
3 30th Aug'25 30th Aug'25, Evening around 7 PM, She visited my society & Based on this Large Locker assurance, I proceeded to open a premium savings account , solely with the intent of availing the large locker facility and handed over 3 Lakhs INR Cheque.
She also pushed to create more Family accounts but I was not interested suddenly.
4 30th Aug ~ 20th Sept Multiple follows up for Large locker but some new excuses about bad weather etc.
5 20th Sept. After repeated follow-ups, I was informed that the locker was ready and I was asked to visit the branch to complete the formalities.
6 20th Sept. Upon visiting the branch, I was introduced to the Branch Manager (Mr. Avi Chaurasia ) who shockingly informed me that no large lockers are available & even Reema Rai don't have Authority to commit anything on Large locker availability. This directly contradicts the commitment made by representative and amounts to a serious breach of trust and misrepresentation.

Axis Bank is scamer.

Axis Bank is scamer.. I paid INR 206143.48 from axis Bank account to credit card payment.. fund was detuct my account. But not received my card.. lot of live chat and call also.. but no more action.. axis Bank scammed my fund.. I go to legal action for my fund.. beware of this bank..
