AXS tickets are a waste of time
They wouldn't recognise my mobile number so when they say they're going to send a code it never arrives. I had to give my husbands number. This is such a waste of time. What is wrong with emailing tickets. This process is so frustrating. Further more, there is no way of contacting anyone by phone or email. They use a bottle which doesn't understand.
No response to 'help' requests
I would give this group a zero. No response to queries about why my tickets for the PBR event in Las Vegas are not in my account but the tickets from 7 and 8 years ago are. No contact phone number. Trust Pilot lists their address as "Los Angeles. United Kingdom' Last time I heard it was still in the USA.
Don’t even think it deserves one star
Don’t even think it deserves one star. Why is buying concert tickets such a painful experience? Terrible!
This app is a complete time waster
This app is a complete time waster. So frustrating
Messed up like no other. Thought ticketmaster was the worst of it.
System detects you as bot no matter what you do. No vpn, no proxy, doesn’t even matter. It’s a shitty system that is so poorly run it cannot even do the one single thing it should - give people who’ve queued up for hours the chance to see their favourite show. Hope this shit show of a company goes out of business and their shareholders cry like little babies. Shame on you.
Waste of time
I guess if tickets to the event you want are being sold through ASX then you’ll try despite the reviews but…
Having followed the instructions in detail and got to the front of the queue for event tickets today, only to be restricted access at the point of selecting a date for being a ‘bot’. An absolute farce.
This 'bot' cannot recommend
The first time I used AXS to purchase gig tickets, I did so with no issues.
The second time? Blocked as a bot. I spoke with customer support and credit to them here, they were friendly and unblocked my IP for me (the only reason they get an extra star). But by that point all the tickets were gone due to it being a high demand event.
I attempted getting tickets for another high demand concert today. With last time in mind, I used the same device and WiFi. They unblocked me right? I should be fine. How very wrong I was. I waited in a queue for 25 minutes, only to be greeted with a message I was blocked as a suspected bot again.
Whatever systems they are using to try and prevent bot activity are not working *at all*. I'm just a regular fan. I purchase 1–4 tickets at a time (my son, mum and nephew have overlapping tastes in music, so the tickets are only for us). I've never resold a ticket in my life. And even if I did, I certainly wouldn't ask for more than face value (I've even emailed my MP begging for laws to stop tickets being sold above face value). However, in both cases where I missed out, due to being blocked as a 'bot', there were immediate tickets available on re-sale sites. The bots/touts had got them, and I, a real fan, did not.
Until AXS addresses this issue properly I absolutely cannot recommend them.
The website did not work
The website did not work for several hours this morning. As a result i wasn't able to buy tickets that i was assured i was virtually certain of getting. i was identified as a bot on about 50 occasions, i couldnt access the page and i was advised to take action like deactivate VPN and other security features that were not the cause of the fault. they didnt do their job and as a result tens of thousands of fans missed out on tickets. it was disgarceful
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I was on the site from when the tickets went live - just as I had cleared the queue I was kicked out for being a 'bot' (no VPN, completely standard factory setup).
Finally I managed to get in and selected some available seats. Only to then be told they were 'no longer available'. Repeat 5 times at which point I'm kicked for being a 'bot' because I have clicked too much.
Rinse and repeat. No tickets for my favourite band, and hour and a half of my life wasted. Completely awful site and I recommend using any other.
If I could use another company I would
If I could use another company I would. Mistaken for a bot no matter what I try. I am not a bot. I have verified my email address 6 times. Used one device. One window. Not apple devices, no VPN etc etc. No reason to think i am a bot. Cleared my cache. Restarted everything several times and yet still restricted access. No customer support. Horrible experience. And crucially no tickets.
Absolutely worse ticket buying experience
Their website couldn't handle the traffic. It crashed, because I tried to get back in repeatedly I got flagged as bot.
Jumped through all the hoops for…
Jumped through all the hoops for Radiohead. In the queue & their website kicked me out for no reason at all! Useless.
Tried to book accessible tickets for…
Tried to book accessible tickets for Champion of Champions, the phone number doesn’t work so contacted them via the chat line and was told they don’t do disabled tickets and to call the venue direct. The venue said they do not deal with tickets so someone is lying and deliberately discriminating against Disabled people. The venue have no reason to lie so I can guess who did!
Buying tickets has never been so difficult.
Been trying to buy tickets for three days. I have followed all the tips. Different devices and browsers, without VPN etc. I am always mistaken for a bot and am now supposed to give customer service my IP address. Buying tickets has never been so difficult. I am now giving up and buying on another platform.
Tried to contact AXS UK today.
Tried to contact AXS UK today.. no contact number.. ask a question was useless.
Finally got through on live chat to be reconnected 6 times and having to start conversation again and again. AXS have cancelled my concert ticket without prior notification but can't explain why as concert is still going ahead..
They just kept stating contact PayPal or your payment provider.. money hasn't been refunded as no issue with payment providers.
Now tickets have disappeared from app and AXS no willing to explain.
I have raised a complaint with them but states 3-5 days to get back to me
Terrible booking process
Terrible booking process, no Applepay ridiculous, credit card payments not going through. They say they protect fans, they do not, they more likely rip everyone off.
Event time changed, no refund despite valid reason
We purchased tickets through AXS.com for an event that was later rescheduled. When we requested a refund due to the time change, we were told that refunds could only be issued to the original ticket owners.
AXS.com claimed they were unable to contact the original owners to process our refund, leaving us stuck with tickets we could no longer use. This policy seems unreasonable - if AXS.com sells tickets as a legitimate marketplace, they should be able to handle basic customer service issues like refunds for rescheduled events.
Ticketmaster apparently would have issued the refund, but AXS.com's system and policies prevented this from happening. Very disappointed with their inflexible approach and poor problem-solving when customers face legitimate issues through no fault of their own.
Would not recommend using AXS.com for ticket purchases.
Ridiculous extra fees on top of…
Ridiculous extra fees on top of tickets. For 1 ticket to a kids show had transaction fee, facility fee and a facility fee. All these fees for a automated service.
I wouldn't even give 1 star
I wouldn't even give 1 star.
The worst ticketing experience of my life. Unable to get logged in via the app or on my phones browser. But worked fine on my work laptop - not much help when I need the ticket on my phone to get into the venue!
Hours of round and round trying to get hold of some support. Phone numbers don't work. The chat bot isn't helpful. When I eventually got an online query form off someone did respond quickly however they just went through all the troubleshooting I already did with the chatbot. Not the customer service persons fault of course he was just going through the process but frustrating nonetheless. Still don't have a solution or access to my ticket for a concert that is less than 48 hours away!
O2 Arena needs to DROP AXS for its ticketing what the hell is wrong with just using the usual ticketing companies! So much stress and upset caused by this today!
Man this place sucks it’s almost…
Man this place sucks it’s almost scammish customer support is trash in help no options to supervisors sxxxx just piss poor.
