Very informational course, pre-course workbook covers everything and Dave is great with the how’s and why’s. He was also very accommodating and responsive, I had to reschedule the course twice and the exam once. Make sure you read all the information about rescheduling and fees in regards to the exam before you ask to book the slot as it is a different company with their own schedule.

Great program, Dave is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any question you might have. He’s also super accommodating with test times and helping schedule the exam if you are on a different continent and time zone. Definitely will be back for my next course.

I just finished my Level 2 Food Safety refresher course which I did online. Axtell Food Safety did a great job with going over everything before the exam, and it was great to brush up on everything. The course notes were very thorough and the teaching materials excellent: a video for each module and slides and notes to go through. After that, there was a Zoom meeting with a tutor to go through everything 'in person' as it were and to answer any questions and discuss points. The online exam was done very well with an outside company doing the invigilating. Dave Axtell was really responsive to all my questions (and a computer crash issue!) and I thought he did a great job just being available to me as a student. I would highly recommend them!
